Rueben sandwich sure doesn't look anything like the picture. Barely any cheese saurkraurt or meat! Took back and night manger said it was weighed and that was it. Just horrible! Opted for classic. At least it had meat!

The lady In the Drive-Thru today had no personality whatsoever and made me feel like she didn't even want me there. She didn't say hello, didn't say thank you. Very unpleasant experience.

Went through Drive through. Put in order request the sauce for my order. Was told to tell person at the Window. I get to the Window requested sauce again and in-fact. Dude working the Window asked me again would you like any sauces. Again I said yes. Get home nothing? No sauces. Staff is completely incompetent. I truly believe they need to clean house. If you can’t even work a Window. Providing Customers with their request. I don’t know if there’s hope for you. You should be put back on fries. I felt like staff was not to trusted like they tamper with food. Would not recommend this establishment.

Ordered a beef and cheddar combo. Got the sandwich…. nothing on it and the meat looks gross. Fries also tasted like absolutely nothing. Not worth the money.
