I visited Abrys recently and was shocked by their handling of food. They used the same holder for chicken and vegetarian dishes, which is completely unacceptable. When I questioned them, their response was that the company only provides one holder. This is not only unhygienic but also highly disrespectful to customers with dietary restrictions. This kind of carelessness can lead to serious legal issues. Absolutely disappointed and would not recommend this place!

My order was taken incorrectly. Despite ordering a meal, I was given a sandwich and a drink. When I told the cashier, they claimed it was my mistake and said I’d said “no” to the meal. It was a very unpleasant experience. This is my second visit here, and the food quality is also quite poor. For a good Arby’s experience, choose the original Arby’s location over this franchise.

Would rate it 0 if able.
As of now they have given me some coupons to eat at the restaurant in question.
Recently went to mall with a guest visiting from AB. Went to the food court and waiting in line at the Arbys. As we were waiting for a employee to take our order, a cockroach skitters its way across the counter.
Needless to say we left in a hurry. If one store had it they all do. Cant imagine how easily they're thriving with the food court and movie theater. Must be bad if they were active during busy shopping hours.
Wont be going back and good luck with the removal.
Also when we brought it to the employees attention he just nodded and said thanks.

I have been a frequent customer at this Arby's for more than 10 years now (used to work close to Masonville). Always felt welcome and appreciated there. Their present team is also first-class. The girl with long hair is the star of the team; another standout is the girl with glasses. Welcoming, friendly and quick to serve. The food is great too; try reuben or cordon bleu, for example.

Food was good but the workers were so incredibly slow with taking orders, prepping orders and filling bags it was an excruciating wait. From ordering to food in hand it took 15 full minutes and at least 5 of those minutes I watched my food get cold because none of the employees bothered to actually put it in my bag and send me on my way— the food was all done just sitting there!! Especially I would like to call out the young man serving us today at 4:30pm that was working the front, he was truly working in slow motion, taking more and more orders instead of finishing the ones that were ready and had people waiting for them for over 10 minutes. Additionally, there was quite a bit of attitude in the way he was handling the food. He threw mozzarella sticks and fried pickles into the frying basket with almost anger behind it — completely careless, he was throwing them into the baskets with actual force that would make them sometimes bounce out and straight into the oil. Clearly he doesn’t like his job very much but then I don’t know why he even bothers working fast food. I hope this is not the kind of employee Arby’s wants to have represent their business and literally make customers never want to come back again. Zero customer service skills. Zero food handling skills. Zero motivation. Zero work ethic. The food itself was good but honestly very disappointed with the customer service of your employees.

Employees were friendly however I have never been to an Arby's that was as slow as this one. My friend was able to stand in line somewhere else, get his meal and eat half of it before I even got back to him with my one sandwich. There weren't many people ahead of me and they seemed to be taking their time with all the orders. I was coming pretty close to just asking for a refund and going elsewhere. The meat tasted dried out too. Definitely wouldn't come back to this location.

I was really hoping to have Arby's for lunch. I went to the counter and could see 3 employees inside, I tried to get their attention. They didn't even look my way. I waited there for 10 minutes. I ended up getting Taco Bell for lunch. I guessing the employees were angry at their boss or on strike. They didn't want to serve anyone who was waiting patiently at the front counter. Ive never seen this before in a food court in my life.
While waiting for my food to be made I saw an older lady put her purse on the food prep station and rifle around in it touching her smokes etc. Thar to me is completely disgusting when you think about it because who washes their purse? You’ve now put it somewhere that whatever it has touched will not get on the gloves and therefore containers and food of your customers. Also, it’s just way to hot in the food court and maybe if all the restaurants banded together they could get something done about that.

both staff members were standing in the back on their phone and not paying attention to the cash line.
