I visited this location on Monday (yesterday) I’ve always enjoyed Arby’s and I’m thrilled to have this location in east London. The food is always great.
My problem happened in the drive thru. I pulled up and was greeted by a young man who sounded like I was inconveniencing him. Almost sighing when I asked a couple questions. Not even to the window yet and I’m doing my best to remain calm.
This was when I realized that things were going to get worse. I pull up to the window and my drink slides through the window with no conversation, no hello, nothing any good customer service provider should know by now how to do.
Here folks, meet Dawson. Oh dear ol Dawson. As the window opens again, Dawson hangs the debit machine out as he leans over and yawns. Yes, he yawned. I didn’t even know what to say. He slides the bag of food to me, no “thank you” no “have a great night” no “see you next time!” Zip
I realize that work and school balance can be draining. But there are so many other times to get those yawns in!
I really hope that dear Dawson can figure that balance out and not yawn at any other customers. You got this Dawson, I believe in you.
Disappointed customer.
Edit: have had no conversation or email back from this location. I have other places I will go to from now on.

I thought this was a decent looking location from the approach. I entered the restaurant and attempted to use the bathroom, I was met by a completely naked man, who turned around and walked backwards to the door, shoving it closed on me, with his bare ass, yelling "sorry man" as he did so.. (No, I'm not disgruntled, this really happened).
Anyhow, moved on to ordering; asked if they still had the 2 for $10 deal, we were told no so we proceeded to make our normal order of the regular roast beef sandwich combo adding 1 additional regular roast beef sandwich (adding cheddar to both).
The food was on par with our expectations we paid around $42 for the two meals and Extra sandwiches which was also on par with our expectations for this meal.
My disdain with this location is when I noticed they had included a coupon flyer on both of our trays advertising a "2 can dine for $14.99" deal, meaning that we could had gotten our meals with an additional fries each and only paid $33.90 except the girl at the counter didn't care to extend that offer to us while we ordered.
For all those who might say it was a coupon deal, it was not, there were no barcodes or coupon codes to be scanned or entered, forcing the computer to make the price change, the change is to be done manually by the order taker.

Ordered through UberEats, as it is fairly close to me, was surprised at how long it took for driver to pick up. Was told by app that there was a delay at the store. When order got here, no orange shake, I asked the driver about it, said was only given one bag. Indeed it was 1 of 1. I called the store ref my milkshake, gave the order number and was told, we don't know what went wrong, just go on app and they will refund the cost of the shake. I said it wasn't Uber's fault it is Arby's fault. Why should they pay for your mistake? The woman I spoke to said well we can try and figure out what happened on our end. I said great when do I get my shake. 'We don't have an independent person that can bring it to you', well, if you wouldn't have made the mistake the first time, you wouldn't have this phone call would you. I get it that things happen, but at this store it is particularly bad. I'm done ordering from Arby's. I'll miss the ridiculously good apple and blueberry turnovers though. Ugh.

I ordered two Buffalo chicken, and they were drenched in sauce. Buns were soggy. We called, and the manager was not helpful and doubting us. The manager said he could not offer anything because "they were made correctly."
