Super tasty food and friendly service! The Moroccan spiced chicken salad is delicious. 100% would recommend. Their smoothies are great as well, the pineapple avocado basil smoothie is very refreshing.

I've been here twice and both times I got coffee grounds in my coffee. It's not cheap coffee, so I expected more. The coffee was decent though and the food is good.

Blended Brazilian Hazlenut Latte is delicious! They use real chocolate in their mochas, everyone is super friendly and the food looks and smells great! The pastries are delicious too-try the brownie 😍 Better than starbucks by far.

The one lady behind the counter was so rude I almost walked out but I decided to order my cafe mocha anyways and my hubby got an espresso. The coffee was ok. Won't be back because of service though. Rather Go to Starbucks where coffee is better and service is always 100%

My favorite place for a bite to eat and/ or a coffee in the mall... they have pricey for the size but excellent sandwiches with unusual ingredients... a great place to treat yourself to!

I ordered 2 medium coffee and told the girl to go, but no lids all over the store! What an awkward supply management! Could you imagine how embarrassing to hold 2 cups hot coffee without lids only with steam keeping out?

Aroma is one of my favorite cafe chains. I love the flavors they offer and am just as happy about the consistency. They have wide variety of food options as well. One thing is that it is pricey.

Both times I've been here the drinks have been gross. Today, I tried ordering an iced chai. Not particularly difficult. The girl hardly would speak to me and answer questions, wouldn't take no for an answer regarding pastries and then took 3 more orders before making mine and then didn't stir my drink. The other girl working seemed to just be on her phone watching however, to be fair, Aroma could have a system for temps or inventory on a phone so who knows.

A decent cafe, although the place is not really quiet due to it locate near the entrance of the mall. Still it is a great place for a chat with friends or collegues. Price is moderate. Will recommend

Stopped in for an early light lunch, was not overly busy but we waited a bit for our lunch. Goat cheese & fig crescent sandwich was very tasty but light on cheese. The chicken quinoa soup was very odd, looked more like porridge and light on shredded chicken. The bread for the soup when I finally got up to go get it myself was thick cut and 3/4 stale. I then returned to the counter for a fresh slice, it was only 15% stale, not crusty but rather stale like had been sitting out for hours. The coffee were just regular and tasted fine but not overly hot. I doubt I will be troubled to return again there are too many other options that are more reliable.

What a dissapointment! My wife and I were hungry, and because it was such a hot day, we decided 2 eat light, we both agreed on Aroma, We ordered 2 half sandwiches with a pop and a coffee. $17.and change later, which I paid by debit, we sat down and were told they would call out our name when order is ready. They gve me my coffee right away, and we sat down and waited 4 our order, and sat, andsat,and sat, after 25 min. I asked my wife 2 c what's up, she seemed quite frustrated at the response she received, that there are a lot of peoples orders before us, hw much longr we would have 2 wait, not sure. I told my wife I wanted 2 leave and asked 4 a refund, till the girl on front counter figured out how much we owed, took a while, and after that, could not get the debit machine 2 credit us, so we asked 4 cash, no problem, then a customer said 2 me, I don't mean 2 but in, but I should give them some slack, because they have problems in the kitchen, I replied that's not my problem, I shouldn't mhave 2 wait 4 a half hour 4 a simple order, if they would have been upfront with us, and said we are experiencing some problems, and it will be a longer than usual wait, I could have dealt with that and make the decision 2 go ahead with our order, or decline... We will never go back 2 this eating establishment... 2 bad hard 2 find an enjoyable place 2 enjoy a meal and unwind these days...

Horrible over priced coffee, even worse service! I needed just a regular (read: not fancy) coffee while waiting fir my daughter to finish work to go shopping in Masonville Mall. I had heard decent things about this place (other than the high prices for mediocre coffee/beverages). I just wanted a dark roast, so asked for a medium (16oz) coffee - the darked roast they had on tap. I got my coffee and sat drinking it until my daughter joined me. I watched a man sitting at the table next to me complain about his sandwich (looked like turkey and lettuce and tomato on homemade, thick bread. It was mostly bread, and he was complaining aboutbthat as well as how they used a few pieces of romaine for lettuce to bulk it up. However it was all romaine spine which is nit nice on a sandwich. I felt bad for the guy. My daughter showed up amd I was finishing my coffee which was in a paper to-go cup in case I needed to take it with me. I went to take about my third last sip and almost spit it out all over the table as my mouth filled with coarse coffee grounds. I am not talking about one or two. I am talking about a mouthful. I took my cup to the counter and waited for 3 minutes for the 2 girls behind the counter to finish their chat nefore acknowledging me. I asked to speak to a manager. Anoyher plain clothed young woman sitting at the coffee counter came over and said the manager was busy (I could see the manager in their office with thwir door open and a friend at the door chit chatting...they were busy personally, not professionally. Whatever. I showed this girl my teeth which were filled with grounds and the cup and said I wanted a refund so I could buy a bottle of water to rinse my mouth out. She was all defensive with no apology...just said "someone probably put the filter in wrong". That may well have been true. But I said that an apology and a refund woukd be approproate. And again, she defensively said "I have apologized to you over and over" in a really loud voice that did not warrant the manager to bother with us still, and the girl behind the counter thumped the money on the counter and they BOTH turned their back to me. Super horrible coffee and experience. I wouldn't waste my time on this place. There are at least 3 other coffee options in the mall.
