Dear Mr. MISGNA MENAMENO, I know you since before Covid, having coffee with Mr. Rocca (start.ca) at your shop. Now I minimized coffee intake and only take your decaf. Today between 2-2:30, I visited your store to grab one bean bag & grind at Turkish setting. If it was not for the Caucasian server, my spouse & I would have left your place. Two ladies (one was having lunch, possibly from Africa) treated us like shoplifters - no greetings, no smile, no conversation, talking behind us with a watchful stare - about us to other customers. So many colleagues I’ve sent to your store. OMG. Really!
