Got Jerk Chicken, rice and peas, festivals and Cole slaw at the market yesterday and the food was delicious and the service was great. Would definitely go back.

Tucked away at 630 Dundas Street, amidst a bustling cluster of eateries, lies the hidden gem of Authentic Flavour. My wife and I ventured into this Caribbean haven and were instantly greeted by the warm smile of Kalima (sorry if I misspelled) whose hospitality knew no bounds. We indulged in a feast of flavors, starting with a jerk chicken wrap and chicken poutine along with plantain chips that added the perfect crunch to our meal. The mango and pineapple-ginger juices were the ideal companions, enhancing each bite with their fruity zest. The highlight was undoubtedly Kalima’s in-house special seasoning that transformed the chicken into a culinary masterpiece. It's this attention to flavor that sets Authentic Flavour apart and why we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to diversify their palate. While the immediate neighbourhood may give some pause, the restaurant itself is a must visit place!

This place is a hidden gem!! My new favourite Caribbean spot in London. Run by a mother and her son - both super kind and friendly :)I discovered them by chance at an OEV event and sampled everything they had. When I tell you my tastebuds were in heaven trying it all. Everything was seasoned well and all the meat was really tender. It tasted like it was made with love. No words to describe, you should try it for yourself. The hot sauces they have for the jerk chicken should be bottled and sold.Highly recommend the chicken wings when they have them, the jerk chicken, curry anything and the oxtail. There is paid street parking in front of the location and tables inside if you want to eat there. They will be open until 10pm or until they sell out. Sometimes they can close pretty early. Some days, they won’t have items on the menu (ex: wings) so call ahead to check. They also offer catering.I’ll definitely be back as I’ve already been a couple times already in the past week :)

I had the escovitch fish and my tastebuds were taken on a trip down memory lane back to getting fish in Jamaica. I will definitely be having more and exploring the rest of your menu. You have truly lived up to your name Authentic Flavour.

Very delicious curried goat (pictured) and coleslaw. Generous portion sizes and good prices. Owner was very friendly and helpful (helped me choose between oxtail and curried goat). Fried chicken looked (and smelled) very good too. I will definitely be back to try other menu items.
Jerk chicken with rice and beans was fantastic! Great flavour, friendly staff. Will be back soon!
