We work with Babaz a couple times a year for catering and they make it a breeze. Hamzie is always ready to take the call/order and patient if I need to call back to change it a bit. Then the food... its so delicious, the staff keep asking for it to be brought back. All around a great restaurant, team, food, and environment!
I’ve visited Babaz Shawarma a few times because their shawarma is actually quite good, but unfortunately, the customer service is consistently terrible. Every single time I’ve been there, the staff have been rude, unwelcoming, and dismissive. They look at customers in a strange way and speak without any respect or friendliness. There’s never a smile or basic courtesy, and it honestly makes the whole experience uncomfortable.
It’s really disappointing because the food deserves better service. Until they improve how they treat their customers, I won’t be returning and I hope they take this feedback seriously.

Is it the same owner or he sold it to someone else ? It was my go to place but from past few months the food they serve is a disaster . Chick shawarma with rice n potato . Rice doesn’t taste or look like from “ BABAZ “ Chicken shawarma was thin slices and under the bed of few rice it was all big potato pieces when you open the lid it looks like lot of food but when you start eating you realize it’s all illusion they created . I understand that grocery price is insane and you have to make money too but cutting corners won’t help you long run . People like me won’t visit again . You lost a family of 8 yesterday .
