Honnest review from delivery driver. The kitchen looks awful, anti safety place, guys working in slippers, food can stay on garbage bin, everyone can come just to the kitchen straight away. On photo you can see how “clean and safe” here. For video look TikTok sumskoyblatar . Peace 😘

Placed an order for delivery and forgot to add beef to my pad thai (my favorite pad thai of all time btw and has been for 20 yrs) I called the restaurant to see if it was too late to add and to pay over phone. They added free of charge! Great service and great food!

Walked in to sit down and eat, saw a cockroach under the table in the seating area. I walked right back out. Maybe they make good food but I won’t risk cockroaches in my pad tie. If there’s one cockroach in the seating area I can only imagine what is in the kitchen.

I don’t like doing this, but this was really bad — like not eatable. I ordered the chicken pad thai, sesame beef, spring rolls, and crispy chicken wontons and it all lacked flavor, it was cold, and after a few bites had to stop.
The food here is AMAZING, and it is my favourite place to order from when I don’t feel like cooking. I would recommend the Thai Curry and the Chicken Peanut Pasta, they’re both delicious every time!!

A London hidden gem!! Seriously the food is TOP TIER! I always try pad see ew or pad Thai when I go to Thai restaurants and this is definitely the best I've had! Fast service as it seems to be mostly a take out place but I would highly recommend checking this place out if you love Thai food.

So respectful of allergies, Bangkok Pad Thai is the BEST! One of us has an onion/garlic allergy, very difficult to manage but Bangkok stepped up & made our Mango Salad without onions (& went “light” on the hot chilis) & simply omitted onions from our Bangkok Shrimp. Great customer service & we will definitely be ordering in again (also love it when we visit in person & chat with Chuck 😀)

The service was outstanding, me and my fiancé have been eating here for years and we absolutely love the food, my favourite drink is their Thai ice tea I order it every time! Today when we came in they told me that didn’t have any cream to make the Thai iced tea, the person working walked to the store at 9pm to get cream! They value their customers so much we will continue to keep coming back time and time again!
