They forced me to mark in the app that I had taken the delivery even before the order was given.So you also lied to me that this is the policy of our company. In this case, I shouldn’t have taken your order at all and wasted time on you. You could also force me to confirm that I took the order and not give it back, I was afraid of this, this is the policy of my company. In all my time of work, this is the first time I have met such an aggressive customer. In this case, refuse delivery services and deliver orders yourself.

Ordered through Uber eats and was not disappointed in the food at all! It was delicious. Will not order through Uber eats next time tho.My first time having a banh mi sandwich and definitely won’t be my last. My only complaint would be they sent a Pepsi zero in stead of regular Pepsi which is not big deal I didn’t need the sugar anyway.

I have been working on the side of things restaurant since December and keep saying I have to try them out today was the day I tried them out for the first time. This will be my second time trying a Poke Bowl omg it was to die for it is so delicious can't put my spoon down. And the amount of food I got for the price was worth it.

I just ordered a lemon chicken and the vietnamese fried chicken bahnmi's, and spicy fries. I particularly like the fact the fries are those sort of battered ones, the seasoning was hot and sweet, but not overpowering, and the lemon chicken bahnmi was very delicious.Since it was delivered, i didnt rate the atmosphere.
If you haven’t stopped by Bahn Mi express yet, especially in the last year or two I highly recommend you do. They’re still the only place around London where you can get a classic Bahn Mi’s…my favourite is the grilled pork…but they also added delicious sushi rolls and poke bowls to their menu that are well worth trying as well.
Amazing iced Viet coffee! Just got 2 and they are delicious and creamy. Definitely on the sweeter side but I believe the sugar (and ice) are adjustable.

Wow, absolutely amazing! The garlic pork banh mi sandwich was packed with flavour on the best baguette I've ever had. They should sell the bread lol. The meat had so much flavour, just an awesome lunch. The iced Vietnamese coffee was great, super sweet and creamy like you'd expect.

I have been a customer here for long and i usually buy at the store, today I ordered on uber and it was very very bad. As you can see in the photo theres barely meat for a $13 banh mi. The order took 1 hour and 20 mins to be delivered as a Vietnamese i don’t know why it takes that long to make 2 banh mi even if the store was busy. Even if its busy, the quality still have to maintain the same with the one hour prep. Usually when I ordered from the store it never looked like this. I’ll pay $3 for this, not $13. Not to mentioned, the taste was below 0/10 and all i chewed was the bread- dry, bland, and cold. I will find other banhmi to eat from now on.
