He checked on us continually, and didnt rush us at all, timely on refilling our drink orders , and finished with a nice thank you for visiting conversation! ​Our server, Hailey, was a amazing to us along with her trainee Lily. She guided us through the menu with ease, offering excellent recommendations that perfectly matched our tastes. She was always one step ahead, anticipating our needs without being intrusive, and her seamless service ensured a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. Lily seemed eager to learn, incredibly friendly, and already demonstrated a natural talent for customer service. It was clear that Hailey was a wonderful mentor, and the way she patiently guided Lily showed a commitment to excellence that is rare to find.
​The pinnacle of our experience was the interaction with the manager, Angus. He made excellent recommendations, comped our bill to assist with parking expenses and circulated the dining room with a genuine smile, taking the time to connect with guests. He stopped by our table to ensure everything was to our liking, and it was clear he took immense pride in his team and the restaurant. His leadership was evident in the seamless operation and the positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

“Who doesn’t know Crabby Joe’s? They seem to be in almost every city, but I decided to give the London location a try — and I’m really glad I did.

From the moment I walked in, the hostess was warm and welcoming. I went with a friend, and we started off with chicken wings and a chicken quesadilla, along with a few other dishes I can’t quite recall because everything was so enjoyable. Later, I ordered the New York Steak. I asked for medium rare, and that’s exactly how it was served — perfectly cooked. The quality of the steak was excellent, and at around $25, it was a great value for the portion and flavor.

The service was another highlight. The servers, bartenders, and even the manager (I believe his name was Nate) worked together seamlessly to keep the restaurant running smoothly, even though it was very busy. Their attentiveness made the experience even better.

For those who haven’t been, Crabby Joe’s has a layout that suits everyone: one side is family-oriented, while the other is more of a lively bar area where sports fans and locals gather. No matter which side you choose, you’ll leave satisfied.

This is easily one of the best Crabby Joe’s locations I’ve visited, and I highly recommend supporting this local business. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I was at vice club for the Copa America. I thought the service was good, keeping in mind that the place was overcrowded. I think the servers did their best when that manny people were inside. I had the best time there, I loved the music, and the overall vibe was good. I will definitely be coming back.“

The only 1 complaint I have to say about this restaurant is that the wait times can sometimes be a bit slow. Like One time back in April, on my Birthday no less, me and my older Sister had to wait 30 minutes for just Garlic bread, which is quite unreasonable, and makes absolutely NO sense why such a small quantity and simple food should take SO bloody long😡. People do have places to be and stuff to do after all. Anyways, other than need for improvement when it comes to wait-times, keep up the fantastic work guys🥰👏🏻💖“
