Thank you for your terrible service. After waiting more than 15 minutes to be offered service and watching 3 phone orders call in after I walked in the door get made, I asked if I could go ahead of the phone order that just came in. I was looked at as if I had 3 heads. The 2 employees looked at each other and then looked at me. And said nothing. So we left. But thanks for the terrible service because we left and found my new favourite Mexican place. MexiCactus has a funny name in an unusual location with fabulous food and excellent service. Thanks!

Worst experience. The employee had the worst customer service skill. Rice was not enough and employee was not even ready to make rice or anything. Employee responded “I have to keep some rice for online order” and also did not put enough veggies and sauces. Just a pinch of everything. This is the worst experience I have ever seen till now in Canada. Never going to come again.

Went to the Wellington location tonight (store was empty) and was told I would have to wait 20 minutes to make an order because of online orders. Customers in store should take priority. I watched someone go in after me and walk out too.
