Was just in this baskin robins and wanted to get the cheesecake brownie take home sundae. That they have advertised that was on there screen, and the employee said they can only sell 3 flavours which were chocolate brownie deluxe, cookie dough deluxe, and Carmel cookies and cream. I’m not impressed with the false advertisement, and I wouldn’t go there expecting to get what you want when they can’t sell it. Very disappointing.

Your staff closed early tonight. We came to grab a couple ltrs of icecream to take out. My husband knocked on the glass because the door was locked and the girl mopping ignored him. We spend about $80 there a month for two icecream trips with our two little girls. We were at the beach today and wanted to take some icecream home for a treat, we made it just in time, before closing. My 5&6 year old were super excited to have late night icecream. When my husband came back empty handed they cried. So thanks for that. If you need to close early, at least open the door and say sorry. Very poor customer service.

What a way to ruin Mother’s Day for my family! We had a great Mother’s Day week end and to sum up the day decided to visit this outlet to get ice cream. The lady worked at the till took our order and one ice cream was not the flavour that we ordered. When my wife pointed this out in a friendly tone, she threw the cone in front of all the customers and rushed to the back of the store. While doing this she said something secretly to her coworker which made us more uncomfortable. How ever she came back after a while with a bunch of new cones and corrected her mistake. We felt rather uncomfortable as the store was so busy at the time and decided to go back to the car and eat our ice creams. Our 5 year old daughter came out of the store with tears in her eyes as she was planning to have her ice cream sitting inside the store.

Awful service!!! These two ladies (sep 22 6pm) seem to be grounded by working here. Both of them have zero patience attending families.They do not know the meaning of the word kindness and customer service.
Ordered a milk shake and specifically told the staff to not to add any ice in it and it came with lots of crushed ice. I told the staff about the ice and all they did was blended the same shake into blender in front of me and gave it back in a new cup within 2 minutes

Disappointing taste- lacking natural flavour. Mango ice cream had some tangy/sugary fake mango fruit pieces instead of natural mango.Customer service is not great.The only thing I liked is the ambiance.

Staff at this location not friendly, quite rude. Instead of being greeted with “hello” staff stood quietly behind the till staring. Staff did not exchange any words during my order. Not even “you’re welcome” after saying thank you.
