Waffle cone seemed like soft pita bread and the taste of the ice cream is not the same. Extremely unfriendly customer service - the way employees behave as the customers are asking for free ice cream It appeared that the two hired staff members just want to go home.
It is requested to the employer that please send your friend in your store as a customer then you would realize that what kind of customer service your staff provide.

The staff is friendly and really nice. I ordered coffee shake and snickers ice-cream. The shake was nice but the coffee is a bit too sour for me made the shake taste is not balance. Snickers is good, my husband really likes it.

Tasty Treats and Friendly Service!
Stopped by this Baskin-Robbins on Hyde Park Road for a sweet treat and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and patient while I took my time picking a flavour — so many to choose from! The store was clean and the ice cream tasted fresh, just as you’d expect. It’s a nice little spot to cool down on a warm day or grab a quick dessert after shopping in the area. Would definitely come back!

Was just in this baskin robins and wanted to get the cheesecake brownie take home sundae. That they have advertised that was on there screen, and the employee said they can only sell 3 flavours which were chocolate brownie deluxe, cookie dough deluxe, and Carmel cookies and cream. I’m not impressed with the false advertisement, and I wouldn’t go there expecting to get what you want when they can’t sell it. Very disappointing.

This place needs better customer service for sure. They were very rude to us as we showed up around 8:40 PM and all of them were in rush to go home and close the store early. If you don’t have work ethics, why would work there, stay home rather !!! Absolutely disappointed. Not going to visit again, never….

Your staff closed early tonight. We came to grab a couple ltrs of icecream to take out. My husband knocked on the glass because the door was locked and the girl mopping ignored him. We spend about $80 there a month for two icecream trips with our two little girls. We were at the beach today and wanted to take some icecream home for a treat, we made it just in time, before closing. My 5&6 year old were super excited to have late night icecream. When my husband came back empty handed they cried. So thanks for that. If you need to close early, at least open the door and say sorry. Very poor customer service.
