Awful service!!! These two ladies (sep 22 6pm) seem to be grounded by working here. Both of them have zero patience attending families.They do not know the meaning of the word kindness and customer service.

Ordered a milk shake and specifically told the staff to not to add any ice in it and it came with lots of crushed ice. I told the staff about the ice and all they did was blended the same shake into blender in front of me and gave it back in a new cup within 2 minutes

Disappointing taste- lacking natural flavour. Mango ice cream had some tangy/sugary fake mango fruit pieces instead of natural mango.Customer service is not great.The only thing I liked is the ambiance.

Today is Feb. 25, Saturday,2023. I visited here and I had a horrible experience. One of the female staff with glasses, Asian looking, never smiled, when I asked something, she sighed and ignored me. I did not want to be rude, so didn’t say anything, but how come was she rude like that? Is she the daughter of the owner something? She never said any kind words, Not even saying thank you back when I said thank you! She did this not only for me but also for other clients. If she doesn’t want to work, she can stay at home. OMG! It was the worst experience. I will not come here never again.
I went today with my daughter to buy her birthday cake. The woman and man who work there never smiled, never said happy birthday to her and a acted coldly with us .. She wanted to see the big vanilla ice cream cake and the lady kept pointing to the small cake size and saying it's the same design ( she showed her finally the big cake after I asked her couple of times and we ended buying that one) A child would like to see their cake, it is nice to oblige them a little, to smile and called them birthday kid and congratulate them. You may not get paid extra for that but it's nice to act human.
