I’ve made the 30 km trip to my nearest Baskin Robbins three times this month just to try the flavour of the month – strawberry tres leches cake – and every single time, it’s been sold out. I went between 5 to 6 pm each time, which isn’t even that late in the day.
I get that things can run out once in a while, but if you’re promoting a special flavour for the month, it should be available. Once is understandable, twice is frustrating, but three times? That’s just poor inventory planning. I feel completely disappointed and misled.
The staff at the store have been great every time, so this isn’t about them. My issue is entirely with the lack of availability of a product you’re actively promoting. Either manage stock better or stop advertising flavours that are never there.

I take my family there regularly the ice cream is so good but the staff are really rude specially the asian guy he’s so races he doesn’t even smile to my kids but for some other people he does so for that reason Im not going back there again

Horrible service. Received ice cream in waffle cone which had paper stuck with glue. They didn’t even had courtesy to give another one. Instead offered just the cone without ice-cream.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Before we walked in, we noticed how dirty the windows were, you couldn't even see inside the store. Once we were inside, it got worse! The entry doormat had not been changed or cleaned in a very long time. See pictures.
The floors in general were very dirty with crumbs and pieces of food all over that was clearly from the day or weeks before.
We could not bring ourselves to even order food as we could only imagine how they handle food safety in this business.

Love love love Baskin Robbins' ice creams. They are always so flavorful and so much variety is available, you are spoiled for choices. The best thing now is that they have no sugar added options as well and that too in wonderful flavors: pineapple coconut and caramel truffle. The customer service was excellent and the quantity was huge. Will definitely come here again.
