Used to be a fan, not so much now. The woman I believe is the owner is very rude. Bathroom was absolutely FILTHY, looks like it hasn't been cleaned since they opened the store. Ice cream is very soft for hard ice cream, always scraped down the sides with remains plopped on the top. There were dishes of ice cream in the freezer sitting in between the tubs. We were rushed for our order when no one was in the store on a Tuesday afternoon. Won't be back and I am sure the Hyde Park location is owned by the same people.

Arrived in the store this morning to purchase a cake for my sons birthday. I opened the freezer to take a look at prices and designs. No fretting just the woman yelling at me to close the fridges (which is fine) but it was in a rude tone and then she walked off in frustration very rudely muttering to herself. I then called to talk to the manager and it was the same woman.She was yelling at me and talking over me. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. Terrible customer service.
