The owner is absolutely amazing and is always looking to help you out. I was really struggling with insomnia and my anxiety, so she suggested her Bedtime Tea.It has been a great addition into my daily routine! On my better days, I'll sip on my tea before bed and it helps bring my nerves down. On my worse days, I'll have a cup of tea when needed to help settle my anxiety and panic attacks.
