Come here because of the reviews. Completely not what I expected from the reviews. Server was very nice and friendly. but I should have followed my main rule.. never eat at an empty restaurant. Food was not ok and took very long for it to come. there is no restroom in this place so if you are ordering anything to eat with your hands, you will have to wash up after across the mall hallway in a public funky washroom.

We all had the pulled pork on a bun that came with soup and a side. Large portions and great value! Food was hot and delicious!!! The two hardworking ladies, Tiffany and Louise made our visit enjoyable. Friendly service and clean! Highly recommend!

Not happy at all with our order. Should have been warned as no one else was picking up their take out. Chicken had gristle and rib bones, not special at all with sauce. Accompanying roasted potatoes were half well done, half underdone. Hubby’s ribs were overcooked, dry and he feels they were cooked a day ago. Threw out half our food. We said we should have picked up at Metro in the same mall but wanted to try this place. Won’t be going back ever.

So, first time customer. Karen, took my order Just wanted to.make sure the fries were crispy, I asked twice. Get home and guess what soggy fries. Even gave her a $5 tip on a $34 order after she confirmed the fries were crispy. Not coming back. Noticed two staff in Kitchen area, both were not wearing their masks. I went went to the KOP Strathroy in 2019. There the staff,food, and demeanor was very professional. I guess I go back there when its safe. Sent from my Galaxy
