We have been going to Bernie's for many years now. We come as a large group for meetings. Our last three visits the food as so poor I can't even believe it's the same place. Beer is still cold and if your a wing person you'll be fine. Beyond that forget it. The kitchen is a failure. The large nacho plate we were served last week was a joke, all our fires were cold, my fish was soggy, food was cold, stir fry was so over cooked and mush. We are going to have to do find a new place for our group

Placed an online order for their munchie platter at $25.99. Somehow the priced jumped $2 between ordering and pickup. As I walked out of the restaurant I noticed I had two receipts, one showing the $25.99 I thought I was paying and another showing the $27.99 I actually paid. This situation confuses me. Why two different prices with no explanation?Also, the food is okay but not good enough for me to ever go back and take a chance at paying more than I was originally told. I love supporting local restaurants but things like this definitely put me off

The staff makes this place! Food is consistently good. A nice place for the neighbourhood, but also popular with sports fans due to the number of tvs, and sports teams, as there is lots of room
Restaurant has had a full makover inside!-The atmosphere is cozy with lots of seating both bar and dining area.-Menu is has a huge amount of options! Lots of creative dishes on there as well-Service is quick, attentive and friendly-Highly recommend their wings as well! Probably the best I've had in London

Attended for the first time as a family of 4 (a 2 year old and 3 month old). The server was unfortunately not a very friendly gal and was really annoyed when we asked to move for better seating for our kiddos. I fully understand serving little ones isn't ideal, but our girls are very well behaved and i always clean up after them before we leave. Never brought us water, never brought the ice cream that was supposed to be included in the kids meal and just poor attention and people skills. Food was decent and what you would expect for a pub and a large menu to choose from. Not blown away and unlikely to return unless just going for a quick appetizer.
