I frequently dine at many restaurants all over S.W Ontario, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience at Bernie's. I ordered a Chicken Ceaser Wrap, and it was mediocre at best. The dressing was very vinegary, not really tasty, and for some reason there was no bacon. I paid $17.99 for the meal. After I was asked by the waitress how things were, I voiced my disappointment and the waitress returned and said that her manager will give me a free desert. Although I appreciated the offer for the free desert, I did not want anything and did not take the offer. I would have preferred that the manager approach me themselves and show some customer service. Seems like a small thing to have bacon on a ceaser wrap, but in the end, as I paid for my meal, the waitress said that bacon would be an extra $2.50!! This should have been clearly indicated on the menu. Anyways, I get that this is just a small thing, but I did expect to have a good meal out, and I was let down. I am a local customer, but doubt I will go back. Kind of a shame.

Staff is knowledgeable, polite and patient with customers. Food is great, menu is full of great selections and offers a variety of well prepared meals. Kitchen is absolutely banging, Jeff! Travelers from the States tend to stop by for a bite and check out the atmosphere before hockey games at Medway Arena. Couldn't ask for more from an establishment! Cheap pints before 5 is always great! Well done Karim, ya did very well with the staff you have hired! ??? Will forever be going to this bar!

I was really excited to revisit Bernie’s. Had been there a few years ago and really enjoyed it. Not so much this time. The sole of my shoe was probably better tasting than the steak I had. Overcooked not seasoned at all. The server was really nice. Unfortunately it didn’t make the food taste good.

Met a friend I hadn't seen for years to chat before a football game. We had a couple of hours to kill and they were very accommodating. We arrived mid afternoon so there wasn't a huge crowd. Service was good and Not Sarah. (A small joke). Who is Paige was a lovely waitress. The bathrooms were also amazingly clean. Great little spot. Couldn't eat all my food so I'll have to go back!
Every time I go here I get the hot Honey chicken wings they r so good mmmm seriously try them.

Dinner took 50 minutes to come out, simple order of clubhouse and poutine. Salty and warm, not hot. Server was very nice and apologetic, first time here… won’t be coming back unfortunately.

Went out for dinner appetizers and was pleased with the quality of the food. The menu has a big variety of food. There's something for everyone. Our wings were cooked really well with a slight crunch and the potato boats were delicious. My buffalo chicken quesadilla was stuffed with chicken. We were seated quickly and the booth was very comfortable. Cocktails were reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be coming back to Bernie's!
