Food is always delicious, drinks are typically incredible (and when they're not, it's because of my own preferences) and the atmosphere is always lovely. Staff are always very welcoming and their facilities are always clean. Take out is excellent as well.

I frequently dine at many restaurants all over S.W Ontario, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience at Bernie's. I ordered a Chicken Ceaser Wrap, and it was mediocre at best. The dressing was very vinegary, not really tasty, and for some reason there was no bacon. I paid $17.99 for the meal. After I was asked by the waitress how things were, I voiced my disappointment and the waitress returned and said that her manager will give me a free desert. Although I appreciated the offer for the free desert, I did not want anything and did not take the offer. I would have preferred that the manager approach me themselves and show some customer service. Seems like a small thing to have bacon on a ceaser wrap, but in the end, as I paid for my meal, the waitress said that bacon would be an extra $2.50!! This should have been clearly indicated on the menu. Anyways, I get that this is just a small thing, but I did expect to have a good meal out, and I was let down. I am a local customer, but doubt I will go back. Kind of a shame.

Half price apps 830pm to close, make sure the size that you get is full size at half the price, manger was kind to fix.. but if I didn't say anything, I would have got half an order at half price.... thank you to staff for prompt response. This is full-size poutine... will return again and recommend.

Absolutely HORRIBLE front end service. The staff clearly had no interest in serving younger customers, and we were left standing for over 10 minutes while servers stood around chatting and using their phones. When we were finally seated, other tables were getting the full (cheerful) menu rundowns while we were ignored for another 10–15 minutes. When someone finally came over, she spoke to us like we were a nuisance, especially after stating we would wait for one more before ordering any more food. After that, it was obvious the night was going to be a write-off here, so we ordered just one appetizer and left for a restaurant that actually gives a damn about ALL its customers. The spinach dip was kinda like the effort the staff gave, pathetic and barely worth it even at 1/2 price!

This place could improve if you clean your washroom and floors. I saw homeless people sleeping in the table eatery. Smells badly 😢

Has always been one of our favorites. Was a little shocked when we're told the wings changed, but found out it's just a change from Buffalo to regular size. Which was OK.
Great place for wings and a beverage or anything on the menu. Don't forget half price appetizers after 8pm!

I have no complaints regarding the food or service, but I do feel like people should know to NOT to sit at the booths!
The backing on the booths are short and framed by a hard wood, exactly where your head is! I accidentally laughed and my head went back slightly and I hit my head on the back of the seat (where it should be cushioned!), as I wasn't expecting there to be a rock hard surface literally behind your head. This is just a warning for anyone who sits at a booth. Definitely not an ergonomic design, nor is it safe!
