Very disappointed, this place used to be a staple in London. Went for lunch Saturday, only people in restaurant for lunch seemed odd. Buffalo Chicken sandwich was overcooked, dried out and had no flavour at all. Cheap bun with potatoes that were buried in salt making the meal almost inedible. Waitress was amazing though, so did not cause her grief. Will not be back.

I entered this Bernie's establishment at 10:40pm. We were greeted. We said we were gonna sit at the bar. The hostess said they were taking orders for last call. We asked for 2 colas. We were immediately informed that last call had already been called and we couldn't order anything. The sign in the front window clearly reads open until 1am on Thursdays. Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. I'll never go back again.

I ordered the humis which was good to see on the menu but to pay$6 for some meat on it was not worth it at all I won't recommend adding the meat to it

Food was amazing and hot which I really appreciated. Our server (Sarah?) was really kind and friendly and was the perfect amount of attentive. Bathrooms were really clean, the food came out quickly. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more pleasant restaurant.Parking: Connected to Sherwood Forest Mall so there’s more than enough free parking. It’s also within walking distance of the white hills/Emily Carr neighbourhood.

This place is exceptionally clean inside and out. The tables and other seating areas are well placed with plenty of room around them. Our group consists of 6 senior couples, and all of us were impressed with their food. We will be back there on a regular bases.

The tv's all had American content further more 3 tvs on the same side were Detroit news. I would appreciate it if we had at least one Canadian news source and what about sports net. I like tsn but I think sports net should be aired as well. I felt as though you were catering to an American customers however some of us are proud Canadians. Shame on you!
