I had a fantastic experience at the Big Orange Masonville store! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the different drink options and helped me find the perfect one for my taste. The drink was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made, definitely one of the best I’ve had! The store was clean, wellorganized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a delicious and refreshing treat!

I never said she used it, she tried to use the dirty cup she dropped on the floor and then when I asked her to replace it she justified using a dirty floor cup by saying she washed it. It wasn’t until I said my child was immunocompromised and I absolutely insisted she used a clean cup.. than she did grab a clean cup. But I had to insist she not use the cup that fell on the floor! Why are your staff arguing with customers??????? I just wanted a clean cup!!!!!! I paid $13 for a drink, just get me a new clean cup !!! So I am never going back and I don’t recommend anyone who likes clean food to go here .. or prefers honest empathetic management :)

I said “I saw that cup fall on the floor, could I just have a clean cup please!?”. She than said “I washed it” and the cup was visibly wet .. never going back!! Filthy, dirty disgusting!!.. I walked off before she finished my drink I was so disgusted

Okay the store didn’t have any lineup, I was the one who was ordering. I had a question regarding the flavour and the sizes. Cashier with specs started getting irritated and wasn’t friendly at all. When people have questions they ask why do they need to get angry for that.

My freshly squeezed orange was okay. A little frothy. What i wanted to order was watermelon 🍉 and orange 🍊 mix. The lady working would not let me. I asked if I could buy 2 separate cups and have a 3rd to mix them in, she would not compromise. They will allow several other mixed fruit drinks, but not this. It does not make any sense. Also, my jumbo freshly squeezed orange juice was a little too frothy. Not a fan of having to swallow air.
Amazing deal and amazing diamond mango! Love to visit again.

I visited this place recently and decided to try their fresh fruit juice, opting for the mango juice. While it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, it was still enjoyable and refreshing. The flavors were natural and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. What stood out more than the juice, though, was the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the overall experience pleasant. Another positive was the quick service—I didn’t have to wait long at all to get my order, even though the place had a steady flow of customers.
While the mango juice didn’t fully wow me, it was good enough to make me curious about their other offerings. I’m definitely planning to come back and explore more of their menu soon
