This was my first ever experience trying bubble tea. It was delicious and I loved the healthy green shake option. That tasted fantastic as well. Will definitely be returning!

Probably worst bubble tea place I've ever been at. Staff is so rude. It was on Thursday March 14th around 6:00-6:15 PM.There was a short asian girl, kinda chubby, that was wearing glasses and she was extremely rude!! I was trying to ask my sister what she wanted and she kept openly rolling her eyes at me and scoffing and just staring rudely. She was also gossiping about us with her other colleague. Keep in my that there was no one else in line so it's not like we were holding anyone up. I'm sorry but isn't it her job to serve customers? If you can't wait a couple of minutes for a customer to decide what they want then maybe don't work in customer service. I would get it if there was someone else waiting to order but there was literally NO ONE else in sight. I don't mean to be rude but that was unacceptable.

This is my first time writing a review but this had to be said. I visited this store on 8th feb it was the most horrible experience i ever had i got a pina colada, the tapioca was extremely tasteless and the drink itself was very bad I couldn’t take more than two sips so i went back and asked if they could remake my drink and the girl over there took my drink poured it into a different cup and had a sip of that i was so shocked that i had no words and then she proceeded to tell me that “it’s fine” that’s how the drink is supposed to be i was so disgusted that i took my drink back and throw it into the bin. How can a store react in this way?

Don’t buy mango juice at all. If you want to buy just ask for mango quality. We bought two juices and quality was so bad. Later we told to CSR (some guy) and he was like “you can throw it if you don’t like.” Was so rude to us. Very bad experience.
