This is about my recent order about at 10 pm on 31jan so i order 2 salan and 1 veg kofta biryani bucket. But i just received 2salan .so I reached out to delivery person she was so polite and said that she had just received 2 salan from the restaurant lady. Then i called to restaurant and talked about this incident she was rude and not accepting her mistake. I asked delivery person that if she can go back and bring rest of the food she just agreed and was ready to go to restaurant so i asked restaurant lady to make order and hand over to delivery person so she was like we will close at 12 please come otherwise i will garbage the order i will never ever order here again worst customer service. Very bad

Not the best experience for today the biryani was so bland. Even after asking for extra I was told that they can’t add extra and the biryani does have a set amount in it but it was all white rice from the top. And no masala at all at the bottom.i understand if u can’t add extra but the quality of food wasn’t the best this time.

I visited Biryaniwala in London for the first time, and one important thing to note is that there is no dine-in option. If you’re planning to eat there, keep in mind it’s takeout only. It took about 10–15 minutes for my order to be prepared, which is reasonable. The biryani was okay, not outstanding but decent. To be honest, I don’t think there’s truly authentic biryani in the London area, but compared to other places, this one is better than most. I’d rate it a solid 3/5. The quantity is really good. I ordered a full tray for around $40, and it was enough for three meals, which makes it good value for money. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for filling biryani at a reasonable price—just don’t expect dine-in or fully authentic flavors.
Hi have ordered one Tea and somosa on phone yesterday said we have theater samosas i thought it would be a good option but i once i get there they served a cold Tea and i tell them its cold they put my tea into Microwave for reheat, it was very annoying for me and after i canceled the tea and replaced it with the pop after i went back into my vehicle i was in hurry , when i opened up the box for samosas and i see 4 little tiny paper samosa inside and i was very upset to see that because they charged me 10$ for 4 little samosas which were also a frozen ones not fresh, which we can easily get a box from any Indian store that cost $5-$6 and u get 10-12 samosas inside the box, they charged my 10$ for them which worth just $2-$3 i guess. This was my first visit there and my overall experience is very very disappointed, its better to get a real potato samosas from someone else which will cost me around $1.5-$2 and i could serve to 2-3 people and they charged me 10$ for 4 tiny samosas which are not even enough for me, literally their samosas size is a one bite samosas. Which costs be 10$ way too overpriced.

We regularly order 2 large buckets of biryani from this place for our work dinners, but today’s order was unacceptable. The food was extremely spicy, and while serving we found bugs/insects cooked inside the biryani.
This is a serious food safety and hygiene failure. I have clear photos and videos as proof. I tried to get a refund through Uber Eats, but it was refused without any clear reason, which is very disappointing.
I am not posting this for money anymore, but food safety is not a joke do not play with human health. Completely dissatisfied with both the food quality and the handling of this issue.
