I have had a great time everytime I visit the Black Walnut in Wortley Village. The staff is professional and friendly. The drinks and food are delicious, such a wonderful experience ?
This was my favourite cafe in London and one of the best I've frequented in Ontario. I live out of province now, and every trip back home, I try to make it here for lunch. So it was very sad to hear of the fire that destroyed the cafe building, and I do hope that they rebuild and reopen in the coming months / year.
Great Little Place to eat!! Food is made on the premises. I had a quichee that was excellent. Pastry light, omlette ingredients balanced perfectly and cooked to perfection. My husband had a chicken pot pie and he loved it. Again the pastry was light, filling tasty and he thoroughly enjoyed it. They have a little patio on the side of the building that you can sit to eat your food so you can get out of the sun if you wish and it is back from the street a little so you are away from...
