We were staying at the hilton double tree for a concert night, and we needed a quick dinner b4 the show checked Blake's
They were able to accommodate my food allergies
Celiac soy and flax dairy
The meal was divine server was wonderful and super caring of allergies and helped me find a dish that would be more then just a salad salads are great but let's be real they can boring when most places only offer that without dressing
Thank you to kind server ?

Sorry looking Avocado Toast breakfast plate, a ton of potatoes but not much avocado. Found some hair in my plate, showed it to the waitress but no reaction like she’s used to hear about it. I shave my head so it wasn’t mine.

Paid too much, will not return.

This is a very nice restaurant: the tables felt cozy, and the food was delicious. My fiancé and I couldn't stop saying to each other how good our food was. It looks very appetizing, and tastes even better. Dragan, the gentleman who served us, was very friendly and even suggested a few places for us to go see while we're in the area. Overall wonderful dining experience. 10/10

Unfortunately we did not try the food. We stayed in the hotel and intended to have dinner here however, after many disappointing experiences with the hotel we decided to go elsewhere. When we got back after dinner we were looking for a coffee shop but everything was closed. We took a shot and stopped here to check the menu just to be disappointed again. Luckily the women working the bar offered to make some for us with all the trimming and to go cups. Not sure if coffee is in the menu or not but either way she didn’t have to offer. Definitely was the best experience at the hotel so far. Restaurant looked very elegant and I think we would have enjoyed dinner.

I ordered the braised lamb stew and it was so delicious! Will definitely be back to eat here when I'm in London :)

Ordered the Alfredo penne chicken, I was very disappointed this actually came out of this restaurant. The chicken breast was fake ? processed chicken, flimsy rubbery consistency "Disgusting" and not the texture of real meat.It was a hard no for me, and sent that back!

Best club sandwich and best caeser salad, croutons are soft n crunchy, not hard and crispy like most places, waitress was incredible. Prices are great, great service,

This place took over an hour to get 4 clubhouses that were cold and not even toasted. We asked for gravy because they we so dry and it came out cold as well. Bad place to

Went to this restaurant last night for dinner. It was not a good experience at all. I ordered the fish and chips asked for fries well done. The fries were barely cooked and the fish was so dry it was actually gross. The fish looked more like captain highlanders fish sticks. My girlfriend’s club sandwich had very thin slice of chicken on it and had very little flavour to it. The coleslaw was over killed by pepper. The service sucked. We didn’t get any drink refills thru out our meal. We were there early we sat down just after 5 pm so it was not busy with the dinner rush yet. For the atmosphere of the restaurant the food and service did not stand up to expectations.

Typical in hotel eatery. A standard menu. Convenient for a no hassle meal when you are too tired after a busy day.

Ordered room service from Blake's. The hotel lists it under "in-room dining." We ordered just a simple grilled cheese as well as nachos. An hour passed and the food still hadn't been delivered. I called down to Blake's and asked what the status was. The woman who answered said she would check and call me back. She never did.I called back again after about 5 minutes. This time someone else answered and said the food was down there and they had been calling the room. Why, if the food was ready, would they not just deliver it and not bother calling the room? Moreover, the phone never rang a single time. They finally sent someone up with the order...but forgot the beverages. So I had to call AGAIN. The entire thing was a disaster. The food was horrible. The nachos were tortillas from a bag with shredded cheese melted on top. The meat was ground beef in huge chunks that had been seasoned to death.I would NEVER recommend using them for the "in-room dining" option.Maybe their dining room experience is better. It can't be any worse.

We stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton on our recent trip to Grand Bend Ontario. As Gold Members we were given free wifi, free parking, a room upgrade and free breakfast I can only recommend that they should have more wait staff during morning breakfast. The hotel has more than 20 storeys and for guests to gave breakfast with only two people waiting on tables you would surely have waiting customers complaining about the slow service.
