I came in today for my free birthday drink with a warrior boost. Flora was amazing and was able to quickly solve the problem that my account is linked to an email address which I no longer have access to. She was not flustered, she just asked if my phone number was linked to my account. Thanks Flora, your smile rocked the entire experience! If she is not a manager, she should be!

I waited around 20 minutes even though there was only one girl ahead of me, and she seemed new. I only ordered a glass of juice. When it was finally my turn, my order was rushed and made carelessly — the cup wasn’t even full. Unfortunately, it was a waste of my time. I had placed the order through the app at 12:10pm to save time and was supposed to receive it at 12:18, but I got it at 12:34.

I went to booster juice at 8:20pm (when it closes at 9pm) for a juice. I drove 20 minutes to this location , instead of ordering my juice on uber eats(as it says it was available). Once I got to the location the employee said they cannot make the juice. I asked oh is the machine broken and she said no but that she took it apart. There was no offer to make a juice via the blender or anything it was a smoothie or something. Being as I didn't want a smoothie and there is still almost 40 minutes till close and I'm a paying customer that the machine couldn't have been put back together.
I try not to use uber eats and support the business themselves but if I could have stayed at home, not wasted my gas nor time AND still got my juice .. it doesnt make sense.
As someone who has worked in the service industry for many years, a paying customer and hitting sales is a priority, being that there was still plenty of time till close and no signage posted that you can only order juice until a certain time, I am very unhappy with this service.

Drinks are tasty. Staff ok. One person just one person is soooo bad. Young boy wearing all back and a black toque on, he is the worst. Always listening to his earbuds he hides under his hat. He’s rude and asks me over and over to repeat my order. I wonder why…. Turn off your earbuds and do your job! Are you a worker or the owners son???? Seriously retrain this kid! Don’t ask me to contact customer service…. Deal with the problem. I ordered tonight feb 26, 2025 at 840. If you’re the owner that’s all you need to know. Every time I’m in he’s working and I have the same problem with him.

Only filled my cup 4/5ths of the way and tons of chunks at the bottom, never been let down by booster juice until now

horrible like why are there 2 employees with a line full of people not to mention a young kid (black sweater) making the girl do everything while he just stands there with a smirk on his face doing nothing while everyone in here is patiently waiting….

Worst customer service by one among 2 employees (blond hair) who were working today (28/12/2024, 12:00PM).. her approach to Uber drivers are below par. Manager of that store def has to take some initiative to up this girl's poor customer service. Very disappointing
