I order from this booster juice once or twice a week. Today while ordering - I accidently hit steak instead of a chicken panini and I IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel on uber eats and it said I would be charged. So then I called the store directly within 2 minutes of ordering, spoke to an employee, I told her it was an accident and I am allergic to steak and I meant to order chicken and I was extremely apologetic. She assured me she would change it out which was a huge LIE and continued to send the steak sandwich. The customer service here is absolutely disgusting. I will never order from here again.I have worked in customer service for 15 years, many of those years in the food industry and if a customer called me from a online order and said they made a mistake 2 minutes after ordering, what is the big deal to change out the sandwich? and even if it is a big deal, is your staff member a child? why lie? Just say sorry unfortunately it's already on the grill and I can't swap it out. Tell your staff to grow up or maybe hire some mature staff.Good riddance.

I’m going to start this by saying that I have worked at booster juice for 5 years and in management for half of that time. I have been to this booster juice once and received a smoothie that was entirely inadequate and a panini that barely had a 1/4 cup of steak on it. I just ordered some food and a smoothie through uber and what I received is ENTIRELY unacceptable. The tamper proof sticker that is on my drink has a cut in it that is supposed to be placed over the straw hole to prevent tampering and to hold the lid on during transit. THE STICKER DID NOT EVEN COVER THE HOLE. The same tamper proof stickers are also supposed to be used to hold the small wrap and panini bags closed. That was not done with my order. The larger bag that the food was delivered in WAS NOT EVEN TIED CLOSED. I CANNOT STRESS HOW UNACCEPTABLE THIS IS. My staff would be written up if they sent out an order like this.UPDATE.THE FOOD WAS ALSO MADE HORRENDOUSLY.ALL IS PICTURED BELOW.
