I used to order from Boston Pizza regularly, but after this latest experience, I’m completely done.

The food quality has gone downhill so badly it’s honestly shocking. The portions are smaller, the ingredients taste cheaper, and the overall care in preparation just isn’t there anymore. At the same time, the prices have gone up significantly — so you’re paying more for food that’s clearly worse.

I actually stopped ordering from Boston Pizza for about a year because I noticed the decline. I decided to give it another chance recently, hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, it was even worse than before.

It’s incredibly disappointing to see a place that used to be reliable drop in quality this much while raising prices. I won’t be ordering again, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for good value or quality food.

I ordered a chicken burger from Boston Pizza and was shocked to discover that the chicken was completely RAW inside. This was not slightly undercooked, it was visibly uncooked and unsafe to eat.

What makes this even more unacceptable is the lack of response afterward. We attempted to contact the restaurant by phone and received no help, no refund.

Serving raw chicken is a serious health and safety issue! This could easily result in severe food poisoning and poses a real risk to customers. Situations like this are dangerous and entirely preventable!

I expect far better food safety standards and customer care from an established restaurant. This experience was disgusting and unacceptable, and I strongly urge management to address this immediately before someone gets seriously ill.

Service was great, Hari was our server and was very helpful and returned an item I had dropped in the restaurant to me. He was very welcoming and outgoing, I ordered the Seven Cheese Ravioli with Rose sauce (I cannot recommend this enough if you enjoy pasta). I think this location is highly underrated as I’ve eaten at others in London (which are frequently busier) and none have topped this one. Amazing staff and establishment overall.
