Ordered a salad with chicken. The chicken was so dry that it was obviously cooked earlier (possibly day before) and put in a fridge (I know what day-old chicken tastes like). The salad included beets but they were shredded, so it was missing that nice beet flavor. In the end this salad was $24.48. My partner ordered Jambalaya fettucine which was described as including shrimp. While it did include shrimp, there was only 1 shrimp. One shrimp does not a jambalaya make. Lastly, our server, though very nice, did not engage in any genuine way. With most of the salad left in the bowl, she did not ask if I wanted a takeaway container, which tells me she knew exactly how crappy that salad was.

I ordered takeout pizza and chicken wings and the food was less than acceptable. The signature "Truffled Mushroom Squarefooter" had maybe 12 slices of mushroom on it unlike the picture of it on the website. The chicken wings barely had any sauce on them. Chicken wings should be fully covered in sauce and not just the one side. It's like the kitchen added the sauce quickly to the top of them and threw them in the box without any care. Boston Pizza - you can do better!

This was my first time and I was so excited because their menu looked great. So I ordered their buffalo mac and cheese from Uber eats and it was the worst mac and cheese ever. I mean freaking Krafts Dinner tastes better. The one star is only for the buffalo chicken pieces, that was the only decent thing in the dish. The mac and cheese noodles was overcooked, there was no spice, forget spice, there was no salt, even the cheese was so bland, it tasted stale and chemically, no flavour whatsoever. The macaroni was overcooked but the cheese wasn't baked long enough on top. I wasted 30 bucks on really horrible mac and cheese, I would be better off eating KD. I want a refund for this horrible experience. You guys have really ruined Boston Pizza for me, I don't mind food being expensive but when it tastes that dissatisfactory then there is no justification.
