Unfortunately, the only thing I like about this place is the interior decor/ambiance. Their coffee is over priced and doesn’t taste good. I liked the Boxcar donuts, but the new Lady Glaze donuts taste horrible and oily, and they’re more expensive than Boxcar!

Been here a few times. Only bought their donuts. And they were great every time. This is when they had an old supplier. Now they have a new supplier and it is so so much better. They look good and taste good. Can't wait to go back for some more. However....there is a 'However'....do everything humanely possible to refrain from buying the drink called 'Chai Tea Latte' firstly the name is wrong. Chai tea latte means, Tea Tea Latte. Secondly, it's made with some syrup and powder and god knows what else. It tasted bad, like a very chemically taste. I would be doing a disservice to myself to drink it, so after 3 sips I threw it out. Sad, I did not want to waste products or money, but the benefits to throwing it out were greater than the risks of drinking it. I will be going back tho and buying all the donuts in sight ?

I had the pleasure of eating lunch this afternoon at commonwealth. I ordered the Avocado sourdough toast with arugula and Balsamic drizzle, an americano and a few doughnuts. The sandwich was delicious. The Avocado was perfectly ripe, there was a generous amount or arugula and the balsamic glaze added the right amount of sweetness and not to mention the sourdough bread light and not heavy. The Americano was the best I've ever had!! Hands down! But don't get me started on the donuts. They recently switched up their donut provider, boxcar was great but these new donuts from Lady Glaze are on another level!!! They have a variety of unique flavors for every donut lover.. whether you're gluten free, vegan or neither i grantee you'll find a donut you love. You can they use high quality ingredients. Worth every penny! The service was excellent!Commonwealth coffee needs to be on your list of places to try... you won't be disappointed.

During my second visit, the coffee experience persisted with my latte being warm, not hot. The service was adequate. although my pastry arrived promptly after ordering, there was a delay with my coffee. I finished my pastry while waiting, yet my coffee was still not ready. The ambiance featured a pleasant Scandinavian touch and was overall decent. My experience was not worthy of coming back.

Good coffee and tasty cinnamon twist donuts.Would be five stars for take out. However, we sat down for our drinks and treats. Unfortunately, the seating is super uncomfortable. I am guessing that is to keep people from overstaying. Most of the chairs sloped forward. I couldn't last through a medium coffee before I had to move to a bench seat.We went in because the place was not super busy. We now know why.

Just tried their new donuts from Lady Glaze. Amazing! Easily the best donuts in London! The store is really nice and everyone who works there is super friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We just moved to London, so we're just exploring the area. Just got some coffee and tea. Bright space, was busy during the day. I liked comfy leather chairs and a minimalisticinterior.

I was looking forward to trying these infamous donuts. I went to this location because it was closer. The outside of the cafe was super lovely and added to the aesthetics, you don’t normally find places with this type of atmosphere. Now the 1 star rating was service and hygiene. The cashier put on the gloves as she was taking cash from me. She then proceeded to take the donut I just bought with that same glove where she handled the cash. I asked if she can change gloves, she was confused. After she did, she proceeded to grabbing the same donut the other gloves had picked up. At this point after getting side eye glances from her co worker I took the donut then proceeded to throw it out after I left. I did take a small bite though to satisfy the curiosity of how they taste, it was rock hard and dry.Being new to london, this was just horrible experience

New to London, so for all I know this place may have been good, but these days... it is not.Coffee was sour, not to mention small. Charged a premium for plant-based milk, and the apple fritter loaf was disappointing.Atmosphere is weak, poorly laid out, and with a time limit on visits, I will not be returning.

Cool flavours of donuts, sea salt is my favourite and is always sold out. No longer offer free wifi so not the best place to study anymore!!
