I’m not a big fan of cookies and only tried this place because they were selling knafeh pistachio chocolate bars (unfortunately, to my knowledge, they’re no longer doing that). But I decided to try a cookie here one day and was super impressed by how delicious it was. The texture is perfect, the ingredients are good quality, and the slightly nutty flavour of the dough is perfect. Definitely the best cookies I’ve had in London by far.

This was my first experience here and I was truly really excited as my friend hyped it up a lot. Upon entering the shop we were greeted and I glanced at the menu, it surprised me that the drinks are priced so high but I rolled with it. But for that reason I had high expectations. I got an iced latte and a cookie. However, throughout our transaction, my friend and I felt as we were burdening the barista with our questions, this was evident in her attitude later on. My friend asked about their reward system and she felt as if she was bothering the barista with her questions. I also wanted the danish but they didn’t have it which was weird because it was 11:00 am in the morning? I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if she’s always like that but I didn’t appreciate the bluntness of her service. If she was a little nicer it would’ve elevated our experience here. The coffee was watered down and not good. We won’t be returning.

Im absolutely in love with Browned Cafe! The decaf coffee is incredibly rich and smooth, and the cookies are simply the best! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring a wonderful experience.

8$ for a pumpkin spiced latte that’s the size of a medium at Tim’s, tasted like dirty cinnamon water. I was hoping it would be as good as other smaller cafes like the Black Walnut, where I don’t mind paying a bit more for the quality of the items, but this was worse than coffee you get from a gas station. Didn’t even taste like it had espresso even though I saw them put it in. For the time it took to make the drink and the price being so high, I will not be coming back, not even for their amazing cookie croissant, I am just so disappointed.
