Finally was able to stop in here today and try this famous spot. Very happy I did, meal was impressive. I will be ordering again tomorrow! Worth the price!

You go in, get your food, and get home pleasantly surprised. Like the bag was super heavy and I told my partner about it because I was impressed with the amount of food we must be receiving. She had been wanting a good Mac and cheese and I started researching for the best in the city, and someone on Reddit said this place and I'd already wanted to try their chicken sandwich. When we opened the bag and saw the amount of mac and cheese, like... worth it. We each got the honey popper sandwich, and the buffalo Mac to split. I ate just over half the burger, and like... barely dented the Mac and cheese. I ended up feeling sick not because of the food but because I overate as I was super hungry and it was amazing. The Mac lasted for a few meals. I was more a fan of that Honey Popper Sandwich though personally as I'm not a huge Mac person. We will be coming again.

Definitely the best chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. Excellent flavour both the chicken and the sauce. Fresh buns. Friendly staff. Everything made fresh when ordered.

food was great, friendly service, very quick and great value for money. The only downside is there is no seating anywhere, so if you're not local you'll be eating in the car.

I always thought they had a small dining area, first time picking up an order. The CLT was HUGE! The

So the reason for my 3 star review... I had an appointment near BTRMLK yesterday so we parked in the lot facing the entrance. While my boyfriend waited for me he noticed that it was very busy and when we googled, the first thing we saw was best fried chicken in London so figured we would try. Well, we went in and right away I got a nice vibe, good music and it smelled super delish. My boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich and I ordered buffalo Mac-N-Cheese, The person taking our order asked if I would like regular chicken or hot, I opted for regular. We waited a bit but it was fine cause I enjoyed the music.. lol.. we got our order and headed home which is Sarnia. As we were driving I opened the bag and prepped my man's sandwich so he could eat it as he drove.. then I opened my Mac N cheese only to discover they gave me hot chicken which would not have been a problem at all had there not also been tons of onions (which I did not ask for) as well as what I'm assuming was blue cheese sauce drizzled on top.. we were too far away to turn back as traffic in the area was horrendous due to the time of day and construction in the area.. I tried to eat around the blue cheese sauce and tolerate the onions but just couldn't with the amount that was on there. Anyway, I do plan on trying this place again when in the area. I paid just over $40.00 with tip which I think would've been worth it had I got what I ordered.. I just want to say to the person making the food, please pay attention to the orders and look at the receipts before putting the food in the bags.. thank you and have a wonderful day!

A great fried chicken spot! High quality breast meat for the strips, I did prefer the original coating to the Nashville hot but both were excellent. Dipping sauces were good but nothing special. The sandwiches looked great and I’ll try them next time I’m in town.

The chicken strips are really large, probably one of the largest I have ever eaten. Crispy outside and tender inside, served with special dips. Really good quality, worth the price.

I have been interested with this place for some time. But their online ordering system was always saying that they were closed? Not sure whether that is a bug or something, but will definitely give a try once solved.

I wish there was a spice level inbetween nashville hot which tastes like dorito dust and plain. Sometype of spice level similair to chic fil a or popeyes. Im not a big back just leaving my input. Also i ordered a salad once from there and they gave me 10 strips with mac and cheese.

Stopped in for dine as the reviews were excellent. No dine in Take out only.
Cashier state be with you in 1 minute, 10 MINUTES LATER, we are told it will be a 20-25 minute wait.
I get that the place is busy with online orders etc, food is probably good, but service is lacking. It is a take out restaurant which can’t keep up with orders.
On another. Note parking is very limited, with 6 plus restaurants using the same parking lot.

Hey fellows readers my 20 million plus.
This place well well.
The regular chicken strips were fantastic—well-cooked and flavorful. However, the spicy version was a bit heavy-handed with the seasoning, not overly hot but overwhelmed by spices. The fries were average, nothing special. The space itself is very small and chaotic, made worse by the lack of windows, which are currently boarded up. There are no washrooms or seating areas, which makes it inconvenient for those wanting to wait or eat in. Despite these drawbacks, the food quality, especially the regular chicken strips, made it worth the visit. In addition the banana pudding is pretty good 😊
Worth the trip.
