Where do we begin? They are serving one of the biggest chicken sandwich we have ever came across. For the price I think it's one of the best sandwich you can get. We have gotten two sandwiches original and honey popper. Chicken with crispy and a it was huge piece which is top with cream cheese, that we kind of did not like because it was overpowering, but tell them to put less if you're not fan of cream cheese, and also they put hand full of coleslaw which balances the Sando really well. It has a little sitting area, but best suited for takeout place

Amazing chicken, I have tried many things from their menu, the chicken alone by it's self it unbelievably good! it's all fantastic best chicken in the city, the holds up even when delivered 30 minutes away. Don't skip on the deserts either beyond impressed with this restaurant.

Honestly, I’m not sure where to start but the owners took this one recipe perfected it, made it with love, made sure it’s always consistent and presented it. How can something so simple like crispy chicken be a masterpiece? Cheers to the owners for putting 100% in their restaurants.Btrmlk is the one of the two restaurants in London that I do not regret spending my money on. They can have all my savings! Every bite is well worth it.The pictures that I’ve attached don’t do justice!I usually get the original Nashville hot with no honey mustard and it hits the spot every time!Congratulations on your new location west London - looking forward to always support your small business and be your forever number one fan!

My boyfriend and I both got the chicken sandwich and split the fries and a drink. He got the nashville hot and I kept with original. We decided to Dine -in. I was impressed to see that they bread their own chicken and was using the thermometer after deep frying the chicken. The chicken sandwich was huge, the chicken was very juicy, and had lots of sauce. We will be back again!!

Everything was so delicious, and the tenders were so crunchy but you got to eat them fresh. The burgers are huge and delicious. Ask them for extra Btrmlk sauce. Banana pudding is worth it. Overall, it's worth the visit, but you can only order takeout as the restaurant doesn't have seating option.

I just found out about this place and went to give it a try. Man this place is absolutely amazing! I love supporting local businesses but I have to say this business is incredible, simple menu, small location with take out orders only but serving simple and delicious food! I ordered a little bit of everything and it was all a home run! Fresh crispy chicken in huge portions, I was full with only 2 strips, amazing Mac and cheese and delicious fries plus their chicken sandwiches are huge and full of flavour! Congrats to the BTRMLK team for an amazing local LDNONT business!
