A favourite for my workplace for our Saturday lunches. The Donair flatbread used to be amazing. I was so looking forward to it today. However, it was massively undercooked to the point where the dough was still soft and sadly they're normally incredible. Donair sauce tasted like mayonnaise today. Not sweet at all. I don't even know. The entire flatbread was so soggy so so sad. Used to be my favorite meal 😞💔 I will be back, as always, but please step the game back up on this donair flatbread. As today I couldn't even eat it.

If I could rate 0 stars I would because that’s what this place deserved this evening. The 2 lady’s working in this establishment do not deserve customer service positions non the less at a place of food.
Very little communication, seem almost more focused completing Uber orders instead of servicing the customers in store. My wife and I were next in line and deliberately skipped for the next lady who walked in because she was closer to the till after we had been waiting nearly 10 minutes with no communication.
These lady’s had no hairnets or gloves on the older lady yelling at the younger lady… I’ve reported this business to the Ministry of Labor and Health Department. Absolutely disgusted.
Will never return to any build a bowl based off of this single experience and I hope other people see and acknowledge this message

I was there this evening for dinner walked in, they told us they’d be with us in a minute, not a worry so we looked at the menu. 2 other customers walked in after us and were helped first. We didn’t even get acknowledged after we walked in, and were told they would help us in a minute. I personally love the food. But the service tonight was nothing but disgraceful & disrespectful. Will not be back to this location. As we were not served & ended up leaving empty handed. Customer service is definitely no longer a thing.

It was good but it is take out only so the only place to sit is outside. Also they don't have washrooms. Apparently because they are do t offer dine in they legally don't have to provide a washroom. In my opinion they should have a washroom for customers whether legally required to or not. It's just decent customer service to have a washroom for your customers.
