Excellent food! Fresh, healthy and flavourable. My only concern is the pushing for a tip on pickup orders. The online ordering makes it awkward to avoid a tip. Surely if food is ordered online and picked up at a counter, a tip isn't necessary.

Really good bowls and flatbreads, I order here weekly! The girls who work here are so kind. 4 stars instead of 5 simply because they don’t respond to their emails unfortunately, I wish they would answer as I emailed twice with questions about the nutritional information and values and never got a response. A big part of why I order here is for my calorie/macros counting but they leave out some nutritional values on their site so I wanted clarification, but never got any response. If you guys see this please update your nutritional info to include protein, and some newer items on your menu are entirely missing from your guide. Food tastes amazing tho :)

Update: was able to email them and they were so quick, kind and incredibly detailed!!! 5/5 easily my fave takeout in London :)

I was introduced to this wonderful place by a colleague last week and ordered again today. The food is very fresh, flavourful and delicious. Portions are very generous; a full meal for sure. The ladies were warm, welcoming and helpful. I’ve had the Chicken Shwarma and Chicken Peanut Satay, already thinking which one I’ll try next. Thank you 🌺

Not worth the price..got a bowl full of rice and paid $20 for it. Better make it at home. Nothing special !

It’s just frustrating that my favorite restaurant in the whole city has charged me for a cancelled order!!! I ordered two bowls for 39.71$, and it turned out that I put the wrong delivery address, so 3-5 minutes later I cancelled the order. (Cuz for some reason you can’t change your delivery address, and that’s really annoying) I then reordered the same two bowls for the same price but for just a different address. The next day I was waiting for the refund, so I contacted them, and they said we owe you nothing. Thanks for ruining my day:)

I’m editing because I forgot to mention that I did contact Uber. They said they aren’t responsible for the refund and the restaurant has charged me 35$ for cancelling my order. I think cancelling fees shouldn’t be 90% of the whole order.

EASILY the best poke I’ve ever had. Generous portions, a ton of options, high quality ingredients, great tasting sticky rice. I got the incredibowl and my partner got the peanut satay chicken bowl and we were both really pleased.

Today was my first time here and I was amazed by the cleanliness, the quality of the food, and the generous portions. The variety of food was incredible. The workers were very kind and helpful, I highly recommend this place!! I will definitely be back with my friends and family

Today I got the steak and mushroom bowl and it was honestly so good! The quantity is huge, you won’t be able to finish it in one settings. The customer service was great and the ladies are so nice.
