Build A Bowl ( North )

It’s just frustrating that my favorite restaurant in the whole city has charged me for a cancelled order!!! I ordered two bowls for 39.71$, and it turned out that I put the wrong delivery address, so 3-5 minutes later I cancelled the order. (Cuz for some reason you can’t change your delivery address, and that’s really annoying) I then reordered the same two bowls for the same price but for just a different address. The next day I was waiting for the refund, so I contacted them, and they said we owe you nothing. Thanks for ruining my day:)

I’m editing because I forgot to mention that I did contact Uber. They said they aren’t responsible for the refund and the restaurant has charged me 35$ for cancelling my order. I think cancelling fees shouldn’t be 90% of the whole order.

EASILY the best poke I’ve ever had. Generous portions, a ton of options, high quality ingredients, great tasting sticky rice. I got the incredibowl and my partner got the peanut satay chicken bowl and we were both really pleased.

Today was my first time here and I was amazed by the cleanliness, the quality of the food, and the generous portions. The variety of food was incredible. The workers were very kind and helpful, I highly recommend this place!! I will definitely be back with my friends and family

Today I got the steak and mushroom bowl and it was honestly so good! The quantity is huge, you won’t be able to finish it in one settings. The customer service was great and the ladies are so nice.

The service is great here, really friendly staff! I’ve never been disappointed with a bowl, fantastic portions and its my family’s go to for a tasty yet healthy meal. The acai is delicious too

The menu all looked so delicious…I didn’t know what to order. The ladies working there gave a few suggestions and I ended up with the Satay Chicken Bowl. Wow. Soooo good. I’ll be back!

I ordered(23/12/23) chicken shawarma bowls two and one wrap for takeout.Unfortunately One bowl terrible I can't eat it.Rice not well cooking and taste is so bad also very little quantity chicken inside the bowl.The same day I called shop contact number but nobody take the phone and next day I try to contact there.Finaly I got a person 28/12/23..I Complaint this matter to that guy.But he want the proof means shawarma bowl. I already dump into the garbage.His behaviour is so bad.i am never purchase future this store.

This place is GREAT. Wide array of real, quality ingredients for all of their bowls/wraps/salads/pizzas - the price/portion is on-point. Lots of solid options, fast.Plenty of vegetarian/vegan options - also good quality steak, shrimp, chicken, crab etc. Good quality garnish, real, fresh food. Healthy smoothies, acai bowls.Great dollar value, great food quality, plenty of options - served by very nice people. The kitchen/line is very clean and well handled. High quality.Its great to see locally founded businesses like this pop up and deliver such a great product. Keep doing what you're doing, don't change anything.

Unfortunately, the North location always manages to disappoint. Although it's closer to my home, I try to avoid going there and end up either driving to the South location or finding other options in the area. I totally understand the challenges of operating a local food business and accept a certain level of inconsistencies, but the North branch is consistent in messing something up every time I stop there—whether it's getting the wrong or missing toppings, forgetting the dressing, or not using fresh ingredients. I highly recommend going to the South branch if you are looking for more consistent servings.

It was alright, was pretty disappointed for the price. They have a pizza oven but the other "bowl" type stuff isn't really cooked in front of you, it's just out in warming trays. They do have a large menu, a lot of peanut stuff tho FYI for people with allergies. Anyways, was almost $90 out the door to feed two adults, one teen, and a 2 year old no drinks. Won't be returning.
