THE BEST BURGER IN LONDON, ONTARIO!!!

I had an incredible experience at Burger Factory! The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I tried The Compressor, and it was absolutely delicious with its gooey cheese filling and fresh toppings. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the drink was the perfect sweet complement to the meal. The staff was friendly and quick, and the restaurant had a clean, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a satisfying burger experience! Definitely coming back.

Food is ok, but facility is disgusting. Sliding front door is broken and filthy. Walls and windows look like they were mopped with the kitchen mop....after the kitchen.

This poutine just cost me $11! There were about 12 french fries in the box. This is the most pathetic poutine I’ve ever seen! Don’t let there menu photos fool you.

Service was great and quick, and the burgers I ordered for my kids and I were even better. I’ll definitely be returning.

Polite, friendly staff. Great food. Ghetto restaurant. I would recommend for takeout, but if you eat in, you will see that the place hasn’t been maintained well. The food though is great. 2 adults, and 2 kids came to just over $60.

I have been ordering through ubereats from a long time but from past few orders they have been issues with the food quality either the burger patty is raw or the vegetables are stale or the tornado chips are undercooked or burnt. I just order from this location cz its closer to my house. Please look into the issue

Excellent place to eat! Great, friendly staff and very clean. Staff wear gloves that they constantly change, which is nice. Burgers are made from scratch, and fresh to order. Food tastes great and great value for your money!!

I wish I thought to take a picture. The burger looked amazing, tasted even better. Perfectly cooked. The cheese inside the Juicy Lucy was perfectly melted. The onion rings were fantastic as well. Will definitely be returning.

- Food is made to order and the quality has always been good but this does slow down the speed of service. A worthwhile trade off, imo.

- Some staff seem disinterested or even annoyed at having to serve a customer.

- Having such a limited online presence without easily accessible menus, pricing, etc is embarrassing for a business running in 2024.
