This the place to go for a good Ḥalāl burger. I went to Hero Burger this evening and it doesn't even compare with Burger Factory. Burger Factory has set a new standard.

The food wasn’t great, we got the Philly cheesesteak, and it kinda felt that they bought it from somewhere in Costco and just warmed it up in microwave or something. The sandwich was mostly bread. Don’t get me started with the fries, it felt like they were left out for days before they just fried it again, supper bitter. Honestly burger factory is a great restaurant, but this location isn’t it, I recommend going to the other location.

We went there to sit and have a family meal. The restaurant was clean and not too busy. The staff were very nice and welcoming. But the food was incredible! Tried the utility chicken, utility steak, tornado fries, juicy lucy burger. So tasty and so adorable! They even have a full burger, fries and drink meal for $10!!! Family of 4 meal for $39.99 and its delicious.

I am honestly perplexed at how a food store can screw up its specialty item that it’s named after. I ordered 2 burger combos with tornado fries and 2 strawberry shakes late night on January 22nd for dinner.Instead of the full order which costed $54 i received burgers with soggy regular fires and no drink that was supposed to be combo and shakes. Either the server on the phone couldn’t communicate properly as i confirmed the whole order 3 times or they just forgot to include all the stuff in the order but didn’t forget to include in receipt. First and last time I am ordering from here.

This was our second time here. The first time we were really impressed. The woman behind the counter took our order and cooked our food. It's a bit cheaper than the other burger places, which is why we returned for a second time.Today the service was really bad. We were told there was going to be extra toppings such as a fried egg and cheddar cheese on the Lucy Juicy but when I got it there was no egg. No cheese. I went to ask them and they insisted they didn't tell me there was going to be an egg on the burger. I checked with my husband and he heard it too. I even asked, "a fried egg?" And she replied, "yes" when I was ordering. Why would I make up an egg being on a burger? That would be really weird. I wasn't upset about the lack of egg and cheese, I was more annoyed with the no, there's no egg, no I never said egg. Like, calm down. If you had said, sorry, it was just a misunderstanding, all would be good. But I'm so annoyed by this encounter that I'm Karening it up in the review section.Maybe train your staff on how to be good customer service people. Mistakes happen. I get it. I've worked in customer service. Don't get mad at your customers when they think something is missing from their food. And don't interrupt them with NO NO NO's. Because. Dude. That's just super annoying.
