When coming to this location, I was surprised by my experience. The food was ok but what surprised me was the service and how slow it was to get two burger combos. I have never been here before so I wasn’t too sure what to expect. The biggest disappointment was the service. I walked in and stood in front of the counter looking at the menu and not once was I approached by the people behind the counter. I was glared at by the man making the burgers and when I went to speak to him he was rude and pushed me to give my order to the woman who was busy making desserts. I felt like he didn’t want to deal with me and I felt uncomfortable right away. The woman taking our order was fine other than not listening to what the order was and we had to repeat ourselves several times before she got it right. We waited a good 15mins to get our food and the entire time, my boyfriend and I were being glared at by the same guy making our burgers almost like he didn’t want us there. It wasn’t busy so I wasn’t sure why he was so rude. I don’t think we will return to this location just based on our experience there.

Been a regular here for a while. Came in today, ordered three burgers for dine-in, and later asked for a little sauce on the side. Instead of just handing it over or even mentioning a charge casually, the staff immediately hit me with, “How would you like to pay?” Impressive.
I get it! businesses charge for extras. That’s fine. But 50 cents for a bit of sauce after ordering three burgers? And delivered like I was asking for a free meal? Not exactly the best approach.
I’m not here for free handouts, but a little common sense in customer service wouldn’t hurt.

They have very tasty burgers, fries and onion rings here. They even have a couple unique burgers that are stuffed with cheese, they are called the Juicy Lucy's; a dollar or two extra compared to the regular or equivalent burger of choice. They also have triple burgers here; believe it's an extra five dollars per burger added. On top of that they have a burger challenge that includes a massive burger that includes over a handful of more burger patties; if you can eat it all it's free, if not you have to pay for it all.
Another thing, each day they have a daily special which includes fries and a drink for basically free compared to standard prices.
Wheelchair accessibility: If you are by yourself wheelchair accessibility will be a bit of a challenge; do not believe there is a button for the door. If you have someone with you it will be easier.
Overall food was good for the price, portion sizes are large enough to fill you up great for students. Service could have been better being the only customers there at the time it was quite slow however it’s alright.
