Spoiler alert!!! Servings are A LOT LESS!!!!! Never going back. Burgers for kids and adults, drinks, fries, onions rings I think they were onion rings. Only 5 very small onion rigs. Very small meat paddies. Asked for extra lettuce, tomato and onion. Didn't happen. 👎👎 NOPE!!! Not gonna go back.

Horrible wait time and restaurant is a mess went to speaking waited to have to pull up to window and bang on window because no one wanted to answer the speaker also night staff is very ignorant and needs to learn how to do their job

Always liked BK onion rings, some of the best. Got some today and this is apparently the new onion ring standard... Pathetic guys. If this is the new norm, I won't be coming to BK again. Really disappointed.

Had the sweetest guy in the drive thru tonight. I'm sure he's probably the manager. But he was asking us about Apple pies and asked if my mom liked them and I said she does so he says this ones on me and gave us a bag of apple pies! Seriously it couldn't have come at a better time when I was starting to doubt if London was a good enough place to live in anymore. He just really made our day. It was like a sign that London does have some amazing people! The food at this location is always great too. So to the man that served us tonight (I think you had an H and Z somewhere in your name but I didn't catch it all) thank you so so much. I needed that kindness tonight ❤️

Absolutely ruined whopper Wednesday. Such a greedy company! Over $7 WITH the coupon for just the sandwhich now. It was $3.50 just a few years ago...can you seriously justify a 200% price with lower quality and smaller portions?

BEST VISIT EVER! This was by far my best visit, right when I walked through the door the mop lady was there to greet me with words from a language i sure as heck dont know. I managed to hold an entire conversation with her whilst not knowing a dang thing I just heard. I felt at home. Incredible experience and I will be returning
