I usually do DoorDash at night, and many of my orders are from the Burger King on Oxford Street. Most of the time, I have to wait at least 30 minutes to pick up the food. Sometimes it takes even longer.
Tonight at 12:30 am, I had another order, and again I waited more than 30 minutes. I saw only two staff working, and they had many orders, so they couldn’t handle everything on time.
I just want to say this kindly: please add more staff at night. In winter it can get busy, and long waits make it hard for both drivers and customers.

Cold food and missing multiple items. No one can hear me through the speaker. How do you get ice tea from Coke please?! On top of it all my drinks were not secured in the tray so the shakes spilled all over my car. Just fuming!! Avoid this place at all cost.

The guy who works at the Highbury Oxford location drive-thru in the afternoon/evening typically, is the best! He is efficient and kind and cares about his customers. The food is almost always correct and fresh. Truly though, it's worth a visit just to catch his positive attitude!

The staff at this location are always lovely. But the lady that works the front end (Roquesa?) is always on top of everything and providing top shelf customer service. I've dealt with her many times and she's a pro. I always order an impossible burger and it often takes a little bit longer. She always provides updates to ensure that you aren't standing there wondering where your food is. I honestly don't mind the wait and I appreciate the great communication. All the staff are wonderful. Store is clean and newly renovated.

I ordered an uber eats order and only received half of my items. Ahmed or Ahmad, not sure of his name. Guy was super lazy and literally threw my mozzarella fries upside down and crushed half my order on top of the fact he was too lazy to do my full order. Terrible trash location to go to.
