Front staff and drive thru staff are very nice but the kitchen staff can’t read an order for the life of them. If something says no everything except ketchup and mayo, that means cheese doesn’t go on it. It’s not that hard to read a screen and their support team expects you to sit with food to take a photo of it hours later after it’s been thrown out. Stop hiring incompetent people who can’t read an order.

Best burger king I've been to. They do an especially good job when it comes to delivery.The only issue I have is the the Uber delivery options. There is no option for heavy mayo on the bacon king in the Uber app.
