Food is always fast and fresh. Polite and efficient staff... probably the cleanest Burger King I have ever been to...they have a dedicated cleaning lady who does a great job at keeping the dining area spotless.

I love Burger Kings burgers especially Bacon King which is my favourite and this is usually where I get it cos it's closest location to my house. I love the taste of their burgers and it's the nicest I've eaten in Canada, together with their fries and coke combo. This branch is nice with courteous staff and a drive through. Give them a try...

Ordered a whopper only ketchup and they gave me a whopper with literally nothing on it. Even after reading it back to me at the speaker and when handing it to me. Brutal, like if I’m spending money, read the order. Not everything’s about speed, y’all had 2 people in the drive thru.

I don't know what's going on with Burger King on Wonderland Road south, but those people have no idea how to cook hamburgers three times now they've given me our food and it has been cold. Absolutely unacceptable I even complained to the manager, and he said he'll make sure the next one is hot and a story. Gave them another chance today and oh my God again called basically throwing it in the garbage and I will not go back to Burger King. I guess anybody can pop up a store without any knowledge of how to cook. Such a waste.

I visited yesterday evening, ordered for takeout. Food was made perfect as per my specifications, specially staff was very polite and friendly, best service I have ever got. I also got a chance to have little chat with manager on duty, Pranav.

I’ve been here multiple times and usually had a pretty good experience until today. I asked for fresh fries and apparently that’s annoying to the workers and in return they dumped a ton of salt on them to the point I’m sitting there individually wiping each fry down because I don’t want to ask for new ones not knowing what they’ll do to the next batch. I should have taken a picture, it was raining salt, my tray was covered, it was horrible. I don’t know if the girl working at this time is a manager, but every time she isn’t working I haven’t had an issue. She doesn’t wear a name tag. When getting home to eat the veggie burger from my order, it’s completely burnt. I won’t be back, which I’m sure is what they wanted anyways with that weird “retaliation” 👋

Don’t open for breakfast until 10am now, not sure when this changed but what a stupid idea. When they are open, staff seem unmotivated and bored in the morning
This store was my first job as a 16 year old, sad to see the location decline over the years
