I had a frustrating experience at this Burger King location that left a bad taste in more ways than one. After completing a recent order, I tried to redeem the free Whopper offer from the survey printed on my receipt—something I’ve done without issue at other locations. However, the employee at the counter flat-out refused to honor it, claiming they “don’t do that here,” even though the receipt clearly said otherwise. I politely explained and showed the validation code, but was met with rudeness and zero effort to resolve the situation. It’s disappointing when a company promotes a reward for customer feedback, only to have employees disregard it entirely. Not the service or attitude I expected something needs to be changed this was terrible service some disciplinary needs to happen

Food is good, BUT the women manager in morning is always so grumpy pls smile for a change. Also gave me wrong order with the wrong turnovers ...and didn't even fully apologize..blamed it on the chefs??? are u srs?? YOU gave me the order? speak to customers with compassion plz and your own team with professionalism and respect. Other employees r great & restaurant is clean and nice.

It's your average fastfood experience nothing special. Was a bit grossed out by the fact one of the mangers were handling food without proper hair restraint. When I brought it to attention it was because he's making his own food. I'm 80% sure local and provincial health code states anyone handing food has to have a hair restraint on. The lack of one bugged me probably more then it should of. Other manager was properly dressed and has a proper restraint on thankfully

I came in with my husband and our 2 young children on Nov. 23rd. We don't eat meat so we ordered 4 impossible burgers. We have noticed the impossible burgers are being under cooked so we mentioned we wanted them well cooked. When we received them we were very sad the were again under cooked and raw looking in the middle, anyone who has eaten these know how disgusting they are when under cooked. We bought them back inside to show the staff and they were amazing! The explained they are cooked on a timer but said they had an idea, the cooked it halfway then flipped them for the full duration and WOW! Best impossible burger we have had so far. My children were very happy and ate every bite. Was a great end to our family day out.
It's bk... luckily, they've been revamping their stores to modernize them, lol... the impossible whoppers are generally amazing, however thus time around, it was rock solid and crunchy AF bahaha!!! Franchises like this are generally pretty good about rectification, though...

Worst location ever. Huge line up at the drive thru and even worse inside. Poor customer service, huge line up and customers were not acknowledged once. Staff barely speaks any English and always messes up your orders. I have tried diferents times to see if I was wrong but no, they are bad 24/7. Today was my last visit to this location.
