I had the worst experience at the Burger King drive-thru at 4:00 AM. The employee assisting me was extremely unprofessional. After I interacted with her, she shut the window in my face without any explanation or courtesy. It was clear that she lacked even the basic understanding of customer service, which is disappointing, especially when dealing with customers at such an early hour.
Before teaching employees how to prepare food, it would be beneficial to teach them how to interact with customers respectfully and professionally. It’s important to remember that every customer, even those delivering food via Uber, deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and I sincerely hope Burger King takes this feedback seriously to improve their staff training and professionalism.

I'm in there every wensdays and firdy I don't work far for there and I Believe the worker's name is rachel and her boyfriend name is Kevin that there are their between 11 to 1 talking and not working if it was anyother Employee they would got in trouble and this person and Constantly there every wensdays and Friday and its Distracting other customers.and the All the employees should be treated the same with no favoritism if they want to talk all the time they shouldn't get paid it's not a Social center that I will be contacting head office with this complaint with this on going problem

Worst Burger king ever. It is not recommended and very unhygiene. Me and my son ate a snack box at this burger king on Saturday, Jan 5, 2025, around 6 pm. We both got super sick after eating it. My sun kept throwing up all night at least 8-10 times, and when he stopped, i started throwing up. And i got diarrhea, too. Very bad quality food. It took me forever to wait for my food in the drive-thru as well. I'm never going back to any burger king ever.

Tried to order food from here, i feel like she is forcefully working at 5 am, rude customer service. No request she directly ordered me to wait, no please nothing. Therefore didn't order food from here, better to go other Burger King but not this place

Waited almost 30 mins, and had 2 delivery people come and go, not a single person asked if I was taken care of, then found out that the people sitting in a booth have been waiting 30 mins for their food before I even got there and they still haven't received it!!! And only 3 cars in drive through?
Horrible service, didn't even wait around for them to serve me, and won't ever give them a chance going forward either.
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Let's share my experience at Burger king at Sherwood forest mall in London Ontario. On November 2, 2024 ,l went for anything to eat at 10:30am. Before, even l order; l was told Berger king doesn't have anything for breakfast at this time. All l need was egg and cheese, Hash brown, and coffee or a tea. Do these orders need a special time? There was not even one customer at drive through but Tim Hortons was full of customers in the drive through and the inside of the same location when l went there to get my orders. It's like Burger King's employees kick all customers out. Or probably all people are also kicked out than they went to Tim Horton. Please hire generious human beings👏👏..
The night shift staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They seem completely unaware of how to communicate with customers and have shown a shocking lack of basic courtesy during my visits. This isn’t just a one-time issue; I’ve had this experience NUMEROUS times. The service here is an absolute joke, and it genuinely feels like they don’t care about the customer experience at all. Very frustrating to deal with staff who are dismissive and unhelpful, making each visit feel like a hassle. I would give 0 stars.

We don't have fast food very often at all but we decided to go through drive thru tonight. The guy who served us was amazing! Very polite, courteous, and friendly. Basically the definition of great customer service. I had to ask his name so I could make sure he gets the kudos he deserves. Thank you Tombe for making our experience so pleasant!
