Love BurgerKings. I recently had a Roadhouse Burger from this location, the meat was very dry and it made my stomach upset for the whole day.

I got food poisoning.
I use to go here every week, I used to love burger king. Then my friend got food poisoning from the burgers here. Then I got food poisoning here twice. Burger King does not know how to handle food safety.

I ran into a technical issue with my order, but Chirag and another gentleman (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) stepped in and resolved it within seconds. Their speed, professionalism, and friendly attitude saved me a lot of time and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a genuinely impressive one.

Love it!!! Great service. I went there around 8 pm even if it was busy, i felt they did a great job. I really wonder why this store has a lower online review even after such a kind and friendly support from staff members. Sure!!! Highly recommended, see you guys soon.
Sat waiting for our food (which was ready and in a bag behind the till for 15 minutes) while the employees talked amongst themselves, texted, and got themselves drinks. My partner needed to approach the till himself to ask for the bag because they neglected to let us know our food was ready. At one point all the employees left to go hangout around the back of the kitchen to talk, while our food was sitting ready to go.
Probably the worst service I’ve ever received at any place ever lol. They weren’t even apologetic.

When I went out to pick up my order it was standing in a puddle. When I picked it up I realized it was a big puddle of cola. My entire order was covered in coke! It's impossible to eat! And now there's a sticky puddle in front of my door. I really wanted a snack after a hard night shift, but the courier decided to destroy my order by spilling it and leaving a puddle in front of the door.

You need to hire proper people as I was at the drive through , I called the store to take my order, The guy denied that he didn’t see me ! The store seems to be closed or something as no One was there to take my order ! It’s 12:50am ! What’s going on

They closed the dinning room well over an hour and a half early. Then went through the drive through and she wasn't listening at all to what I was saying. Took us 15 minutes to get her to get it right. Then got the food and it's gross, burnt patties, everything jammed horribly into a bag which led to the bag breaking as it was being handed over. It was literally such a distaster I won't be back.
