Took us at least 20 minutes standing at the counter to get a nacho and medium burrito, literally the only customers the whole time. The portions were extremely skimpy and we were shocked we paid that much for the food— we left still hungry! Please don’t make the same mistake we did. The bathrooms are also in desperate need of a clean.

First time ever trying it. Ordered a burrito bowl, however, they didn't have butter chicken, didn't have spicy Chipotle chicken (as advertised) , didn't have any sour cream, and when I went to pay cash, he didn't have ANY CHANGE FOR ME. wow, never will I go back. I had to keep asking for a little more toppings because they try to give you bare minimum. Don't waste your time or money.

This is the slowest and dirtiest food service place ever. The person working was very kind but had no organizational skills or efficiency and definitely needs more training, but was very friendly. The worker wore the same plastic gloves to make the food, answer the Ipad orders, open the oven, open the fridge ?. They are very stingy with the toppings are barely put any on. The atmosphere is DEAD and there are many beeping appliances going off continuously. The food isn't great at all. It took 25 minutes to make 2 cheese quesadillas, a burrito. Go to Burrito Boys or Fat Bastard!!!! This place needs an overhaul and a food inspection!!!!

That was brutal…. I was the only customer in the store and it took nearly 15 minutes for the young man to make my food. I felt bad because he obviously hasn’t had training! The managers need to act like management and go to a quality check of that place. Not to mention the health and safety concerns I’m surprised that place passed the health inspection…also asked for a side of sauce and this is what I got!!! I payed 1.50 on top of a $18 burrito
