Took us at least 20 minutes standing at the counter to get a nacho and medium burrito, literally the only customers the whole time. The portions were extremely skimpy and we were shocked we paid that much for the food— we left still hungry! Please don’t make the same mistake we did. The bathrooms are also in desperate need of a clean.

First time ever trying it. Ordered a burrito bowl, however, they didn't have butter chicken, didn't have spicy Chipotle chicken (as advertised) , didn't have any sour cream, and when I went to pay cash, he didn't have ANY CHANGE FOR ME. wow, never will I go back. I had to keep asking for a little more toppings because they try to give you bare minimum. Don't waste your time or money.

This is the slowest and dirtiest food service place ever. The person working was very kind but had no organizational skills or efficiency and definitely needs more training, but was very friendly. The worker wore the same plastic gloves to make the food, answer the Ipad orders, open the oven, open the fridge ?. They are very stingy with the toppings are barely put any on. The atmosphere is DEAD and there are many beeping appliances going off continuously. The food isn't great at all. It took 25 minutes to make 2 cheese quesadillas, a burrito. Go to Burrito Boys or Fat Bastard!!!! This place needs an overhaul and a food inspection!!!!

That was brutal…. I was the only customer in the store and it took nearly 15 minutes for the young man to make my food. I felt bad because he obviously hasn’t had training! The managers need to act like management and go to a quality check of that place. Not to mention the health and safety concerns I’m surprised that place passed the health inspection…also asked for a side of sauce and this is what I got!!! I payed 1.50 on top of a $18 burrito

I ordered a large burrito as take out and I was so excited because this place is within walking distance of my house and I love burritos but when I finally took a bite I was utterly disappointed firstly the cilantro tasted off like when you taste left in the sun lettuce. But it wasn’t a big deal because there isn’t a lot of cilantro anyways but the next bite was even more disappointing when I tasted hard rice. It tasted like either it didn’t cook through or it has been left sitting there so it was now hard. Very very disappointed and I was already disappointed in the fact that he wasn’t very sanitary when he was making my food. He took out the container that had the meat and put it directly over my burrito and the condensation of container was dripping on my food had to ask him to move the container anyways I wouldn’t recommend this location

Worst burrito place in London!
I’ve been to many burrito restaurants in London and this one was very disappointing.
Tasteless and very small portions for the price. I pay way less at other places and get double size.
Also, the Punjabi guy coughed while serving my toppings, disgusting!

Went in, waited 5 minutes to be helped because the worker (girl) was in the back, singing to herself. I asked her for some recommendations, and she was not happy to help with any of my questions. So cold and rude. Even worse was how greedy she was with the toppings. Not coming back here.

Very unwelcoming service by young lady. She had a cold, uneasy tone the whole time. Very very cheap with toppings. All tables were filthy. Dead silent in the restaurant, until the young lady starts singing to herself in the back. I can see a lot of reviews are the same as mine and they have no problem responding back to our reviews but you really need to change !

I bought four burritos and churros for dessert. The burritos were small and the fillings were pretty bad. Nothing was good, terrible rice, terrible meat, salad and sauces didn't help. I don't recommend it!

Absolute garbage served at this place, plus a multitude of potential health-code violations.

The drink fridge doesn’t keep the drinks cold at all, which makes me wonder about the function of all other appliances. The employee was all over the place, I had to repeat my toppings 4-5 times, and she just kept walking away.

My partners food was burnt, and toasted with a used piece of paper that came from somewhere below the counter. The toppings were sloshed in the middle of a swampy burrito. I ordered chips and queso only to have a teaspoon of queso and stale chips. The lettuce was literally brown and sad.

I’m good with fast food, I don’t even have high standards, but this store needs an overhaul!!

Walked in at 9:10 pm on a Saturday and I was told store closed
. The open sign says closes at 10PM. Wasted my time.

Not a great place for Tex-mex. Walked in to Indian music blasting away on one of the tvs. I don’t mind Indian music in the right setting, but it just doesn’t work when I’m there for a burrito. Menu boards weren’t even turned on. Attendant didn’t seem to care. Very light on toppings. Got the queso side for my chips. Had to insist the 2oz cup be filled since I’m paying for it. Was going to hand it to me half-full. Got home, chips were literally the bottom of the barrel, crumbs with very few full chips. Overall flavour just wasn’t there. I’ll be looking for a better burrito place. This one is bottom of the barrel. Recommend hiring staff who care.

I was very disappointed with my experience today, the worst ever!

The employee was very rude to me. She had an aggressive tone during the entire interaction. The meal preparation went all wrong and super greedy with the ingredients. When asked for hot sauce, she literally poured one small drop in the center to give an idea.
It was a really poor customer service.

I ordered a burrito and a quesadilla:
- Quesadilla was burned and had almost no cheese what so ever. It lacked all other ingredients, too. The sauces were placed inside the tortilla instead of served separately, as usual.
- The Burrito was burned on one side and undercooked on the other.

I don't usually write reviews, but all these went so far. Paid around $27 for non edible meals.

Besides, not many protein options, nor tortillas, nor a bag to carry the dinner home.
