Just ordered a lime chicken burrito and bowl. Both had no flavor despite all the toppings we chose and the chicken was cold for both. Disappointing, I had this food in Toronto previously and it was night and day better.

We visited your restaurant earlier tody and unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. We ordered lime chicken, spicy chicken, onion rings, fries and pop.Regrettably, both fries and onion rings arrived undercooked and inedible. Concerned for my daughter's well-being, I returned them and requested a refund, which was promptly provided. However, after 15min, the same items were aurfried and presented to us again. At thus point my daughter found them acceptable and expressed a desire to enjoy them. To my surprise, I was asked to pay for them once more. Which I did again.This situation was unexpected and quite concerning. Given the circumstances, I had assumed that the replacement items would be offered as a gesture of goodwill, especially considering the initial quality issue. I am left feeling bewildered and disappointed by this turn of events.

I had been to the Burrito Guyz in the food fair at the Seaway Mall in Welland several times, and liked it a lot, so when I found one here in Fort Erie, I got pretty excited, and it didn't dissapoint. They offer a nice variety of offerings, from three choice of tortillas and two choice of taco shells through 14 choices of protein choices (plus another one that may only be temporary) through a nice variety of toppings and a well-stocked cooler, it's a great place for letting you choose exactly what you want. (Although it may take some time to order if you have a hard time making decisions.) One option that I particularly like is the taco salad, because as long as I'm smart about what I ask them to put in it, I can have something fun without having a blood sugar spike afterwards. They also have Jarritos in the cooler, but the price is pretty steep for a little bottle of pop.

Tried it for the first time, and now it has become my to go place for all time. I can't stress enough about their hygiene and quality. Also, being a vegetarian, it is a blessing to have such a place in the neighbourhood. Loved all their sauces and varities of veggies.

Went for the first time the other day, and the food was so tasty and fresh! The restaurant looks nice inside and clean too! The staff was so so kind and they made my food very quickly! I will definitely be going back again. The food isn’t very expensive, and it’s much healthier and more filling than getting a combo at a fast food restaurant.
