I was very eager to try a gluten free bagel sandwich because I have a gluten allergy and I rarely get to have this sort of food, but my food was made incorrectly. This resulted in me having an allergic reaction and the staff did not take my call seriously when I followed up with them. Please take gluten allergies seriously or at least have a precaution that gluten free food cannot be guaranteed!Dietary restrictions: They do not take gluten allergies seriously. Check your food before eating it or do not eat here if your allergy is severe

I ordered through Uber eats and honestly am so disappointed. My $20+ order for only a small bacon egg bagel + a tiny hash brown & iced coffee was so awful. The hash brown that was almost $5 literally just the one you get from the grocery store, not at all what the pic showed. The iced coffee has no sugar (though I asked for it) and tastes burnt? And the bagel was edible but honestly Tim hortans has a better sandwich. I will never eat here again, you’re better off going to Tim’s or McDonald’s for breakfast. It’ll be half the price and way better.

I go there for the lattes, matcha lattes, and great service. The prices are competitive. Three coffee shops are closer to me, but I walk the extra distance to have their lattes.

I feel bad leaving negative reviews on small business but I ordered on Uber eats and it was terrible.This is my second time trying the place and it was no better in person.Firstly, on Uber eats it’s showing up under a different name (Brekkie Bagel).Secondly, the hash brown on the app is completely different. The app shows an interesting bowl of hash browns but it was a simple tim Hortons type hash brown. It was stale and really hard. And the worst part is that it was $5. Outrageous price.Lastly, my bagel was terrible. I understand it was Uber eats but I could barely bite into the bagel it was so stale. Must have been leftover from yesterday. And the bacon was inedible. It was so so hard and chewy that I couldn’t get through it. So disappointing.

Asked my daughter to pick me up a turkey Bagel. Sent her with cash. They don't take cash (another one of these) Then she returns with a credit card charge.my cash..and a salmon bagel not turkey. Oh well...guess I'm the turkey for wanting to this place.

Welcome addition to our downtown. Need more places like this. Good food (The Scallion breakfast sandwich on one of their excellent sesame bagels was a great choice), good drinks (loved the Dirty Chai), and great pastries (ummm the Chocolate Buffalo? Pretty sure we died and went to heaven). Nice atmosphere with lots of seating. Great service.

Just got a green machine bagel for lunch. I just wanted to try their bagels out, really loved the taste and added bacon, onions, cucumber and mayo and tomatoes to mine. I would surely recommend you guys to try it this way it really tastes delicious.The staff is really nice and friendly, a cute place to hangout with friends for breakfast and lunch. I would surely recommend this place.

A great little spot to grab a coffee and get your study on! Great food around the same price you’ll pay at a Starbucks, but here it’s real food! Staff is friendly and attentive, and the premises is clean! My only complaint is that the music is WAY too loud, making it hard to order. All that said, however, this is one of my favourite spots downtown!
