Used to really love this place but you can tell their quality has changed a lot recently. Stale bread. Smaller portions. Lacking meat in the rotis.
But I was looking for a place in London that does home made meat patties. They recently started making meat pastries and encouraged me to try them. They are an absolute scam and I'm honestly surprised that they even dare to sell these. Shame on them. It is 98% dough, 2% dried out meat. I've included a photo so that others can see the filling for themselves.
Also the customer service is atrocious. They were also trying to pressure to me to try their entire new + holiday menu. Which is crazy considering the few patties I did try were all shit (oxtail, curry goat and beef.)
What a shame, as I really used to enjoy ordering from here 2-3 years back. It used to be my go to for rotis. Instead of adding new scam items to your menu, focus on fixing what y'all already have and getting your quality of food back up for the core menu. Will not be ordering anything from here ever again.

Got a jerk chicken meal had no gravy on it or on the rice and peas the chicken had no seasoning at all either wouldn’t buy Jamaica food from here again

I worked in Trinidad for a month and only ate the local food there and have found several places in Toronto but it's 2 1/2 hours so I tried this location. I ordered 1 doubles and it was no comparison to places I know elsewhere and had to throw it out. I won't be back.

By far the best Jamaican in London way bigger portions than MUNDYS you actually get a decent portion coleslaw and jerk pork that's not 70% fat

I was in London and thought I should get some Jamaican food at this place but it was a hole in the wall and the curry goat and rice and peas I ordered taste like crap this is NOT an authentic Jamaican restaurant avoid, avoid.

My go-to spot for caribbean in London. I love their curry chicken in roti, and its usually my go-to order. Their jerk chicken is also incredible. I also usually order a couple patties and doubles as well, and they hit the spot so well.
A great hole in the wall establishment for take out food!

Went in to buy beef patties. The casher lied saying they were home made. You can see the patty king boxes in the garbage.
Bought beef curry from them a different time, they gave me burnt meat where you can see the black burnt spots on it, then curry gravy poured on it, You can tell the curry gravy was poured over it because the meat was not full covered, hence seeing the burnt spots on the meat.
Who the heck calls curry and stew the same thing? stew chicken and curry chicken are completely different foods. One tomato base and one is curry powder base. Tell me I am wrong. Guarantee I'm not.

I can't speak for all of the dishes but my usual order is Jerk Pork and Jerk Chicken and it has consistently tasted good. There are some misses with the steamed cabbage but overall they are consistent.
Parking is sometimes a problem since it's street parking and is usually full during midday.
