Ordered a poke bowl for my daughter on Uber Eats and when it came she found a dark hair wrapped inside the bowl. I called the store and the manager told me to come back any time for a free bowl. As if I would ever eat there again knowing they don’t have sanitary food prep. It was $20 in the garbage and should have been a refund. Definitely don’t recommend.

Found a hair in my poke bowl. I am disgusted I payed 20 dollars for my bowl and I find a big black long hair. Disgusting I can’t believe this and now I can’t get a refund. DO NOT go here

Great fresh option, generous with protien options, tasty sauces, lots of veggie options.

First time having it, my gosh it’s so good!!! Happy I took two bowls home haha. My one stop for food when I come to London from now on. The toast I had was just delicious and so fresh!

$17.00 for a poke bowl and a coke is super reasonable. I couldnt make it for that cheap. Nice owner and super helpful when it came to choices and helping me build my delicious bowl. Well done!

Beware of an employee being able to take the machine out of your hand and insert a ‘tip’!!! One measly wrap today (Oct 16) cost $20!!! Being able to manipulate that will make us never to let her return to this business ever again!!! Bad on you!!!!!!

I went there for the first time today and had no clue what to order or how to build my bowl. The gentleman working there was beyond helpful with creating a delicious masterpiece of a lunch for me. It was very filling and fresh tasting. I loved it so much. My husband even had a try out of my bowl and regretted getting his meal from elsewhere. I’ll definitely be getting more bowls from this place moving forward! 10/10 would recommend.

I don’t really eat at the food court at Masonville Mall as I go mainly across the streets from the mall to go eat there for better quality food. Caribe Poke is the only thing I will eat from the food court at Masonville Mall. I had their poke bowl and it was really good. I like eating raw fish and shrimps plus you can customize your own toppings. This is the only thing I will eat from the food court at Masonville Mall other than just a Starbucks drink or The Shed at the Rec Room. Better high quality organic produce and you are eating real fish from the ocean. I will come back here again as I come to Masonville Mall every day. I highly recommend Caribe Poke. It reminds me of eating sushi and Polynesian taste. If you like eating seafood and sushi. I recommend this place, too.
