We have had a few good meals here which is why I still have 2 stars but today was not good at all. The woman serving handed me dirty menus without saying anything. While we were looking at the menus she was wiping tables but when we went to sit down they were all still dirty. We got the ribs and the serving size has gotten smaller since we first ordered them over a year ago. The ribs had a lot of small bones that if we weren't careful could have cracked a tooth. The pickles onions were not pickled and less pickles were served with the meal. The Caesar salad had no flavor and my partners had the core in it and I had brown lettuce in mine. When we left and were in our vehicle the woman had gone and picked up the mat at the front door and was shaking it inside the store with her bare hands, put it back down and then starting mopping. It just seems like the cleaning is definitely not being done properly.

My Mom and I went here today for a late lunch, to try this place out and were thoroughly impressed by the person who was working today, Richard, and the food he made/served. The Cowboy Sandwich and the Chainsmokers Burger with fries and a drink were very good and most certainly recommended! We will be back to try some of the other food offerings.

Ordered the smoked triple A beef brisket. Paid around $40 total on uber eats, very disappointed with the portion size. 6 small strips of brisket and Costco fries.

Super disappointing, not good at all. Got the Brisket & Ribs....neither were good, and the brisket was flavorless. The food was barely warm, and the sides were meh. Parts of our order were also forgotten.

Had chain smoker bbq the London location for the first and last time! Me and my friends arrived to get the medium platter and the deal they had running across all locations but they refused to honour it until I called the Toronto location and they confirmed it was still running. After recieving our food, we were disappointed to say the least. I’ve been to the GTA locations many times and the food portion for the medium platter was literally half the portion of what it should be. Wings and meat had no sauce when we specifically asked for it, and Mac and cheese was dry and cold. We told the cooks and they said this is how it is, it absolutely isn’t. Even after paying for more brisket they gave us less than the standard portion you receive included. Very disappointed in what I thought would be of equal standard to other locations and will never come here again. Chainsmoker BBQ you need to check your locations!

We've had a few meals here now, so far it's always been very good. Tonight's meal was a brisket dinner and it was phenomenal!!! Meat was cooked perfectly, super tender and juicy, lots of beautiful smoke flavor. Will definitely be back again. Priya was super attentive to our needs and asked us numerous times if we needed anything else. Good job!

We gave this place a try becuase I've been craving some bbq. Thinking it's southern bbq. NOPE! No smoke bbq is what it is. Service was horrible, the person was taking our order, then the picks up the phone and take the order and stick their finger up in our faces, that is very rude and disrespectful. Also when the service staff don't even recognize the name of the menu item and don't understand light on sauce, that's an issue. The brisket was tender ill give it that and no smoke as I mentioned and not much flavor, not worth $28 for half pound and side which also cost me another $4.50.

Great food! Lunch special is good price, we Always leave happy. Workers are nice, service is abit slow though. Wait about 30+ mins to get food. Definitely would recommend ordering ahead.

Got food poisoning, and I am still recovering from it. They gave us burgers with cold buns. Had to ask the server to warm the buns and when we brought this up to the server, he said how they are busy when it wasn't busy at all. There was just 1 more couple and no uber eats pickups or anything.

The server also did not come to our table to take the order when he was supposed to. The server also did not give napkins or any sauces until we had asked when normally this should be provided with any meals/fries.

I am not sure if the server was the owner but I actually heard good things about this place but I am assuming the service has gone down very low and if owner is not there then he may not even be aware how poorly the service is being handled there lately.

first and last time trying chainsmokers. The food was extremely saucy and salty, (this is coming from a person who loves sauce and flavour). The fries were drowning in sauce, and the brisket was shredded into little tiny pieces that it was not appetizing at all. overall, it was sloppy and not at all high-high quality.

I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. They mixed up my order and put my name on someone else’s bag, which I understand can happen. However, what shocked me was their reaction when I called to report the issue. The employee I spoke with was extremely dismissive and told me, “Call Uber and sort it out with them.” When I pointed out that the mistake was on their end, not Uber’s, they simply said, “I can’t do anything for you. Call Uber, we’re closing now.”

This lack of accountability and poor customer service left a very bad impression. Mistakes happen, but the way you handle them makes all the difference – and this restaurant completely failed in that regard.

Ordered takeout January 9, our first and last time. Burger, brisket, fries and the done up rice. We got food poisoning. Still sick from it.
