I Ordered the beef rib and my wife the chicken. Everything was delicious! Good taste. I asked the food with no sauce because my preferences. The staff was nice.

Had a cowboy sandwich and chicken sandwich. Really good, but the cowboy does have a lot of grease if you're concerned about that. Fries were amazing!

One of my favorite restaurants to dine in London ON. Unique and flavorful and they never disappoint. Neethu & Alan are always friendly and helpful. Look forward to my next visit.

ordered brisket, tons of fat... mostly fat. Some people like it I guess. I prefer my brisket to have less fat. The beef had a chewy texture. $28 brisket.

The food at this location is amazing always fresh and delicious have never been disappointed. The service is also very good and fast, I’ve been served by Meenu a handful of times and she’s been a great help and super attentive.

I ordered 3 lbs of Southern Fried Chicken Wings (3 × 1 lb) through Uber Eats from Chainsmoker Urban Halal Barbecue, 979 Wellington Rd Unit 109-1, London, ON N6E 3A9, and it was a very disappointing experience. The food quality was poor — even my kids didn’t eat beyond the first bite. I spent around $100 and did not feel it was worth it at all.
The next day, I stopped by the store in person to share my feedback, not expecting anything back but just to let them know so others wouldn’t face the same. Unfortunately, there was no regret or concern shown in their response.
Because my experience and follow-up were not acknowledged properly, I felt the need to leave this honest review. Hopefully, the business can take this as constructive feedback and improve both food quality and customer care.
Everything was really nice but the taste didn’t reach the expectations. Doesn’t feel smokey at all. Portion size and presentation was really good.

I was super impressed. We had the brisket. It was flavourful, moist, and tender. The bbq sauce was so good. We had the rice and coleslaw for sides both were excellent.
