Earlier today, I placed an order for their Charminar special chicken and Chicken Majestic. Regrettably, the food I received was stale, with both dishes containing rotten chicken that imparted a foul taste. We ended up throwing the food in dustbin.Despite my efforts to address the matter with the restaurant, they failed to acknowledge the issue. I specifically requested for the restaurant owner or manager to contact me, but I have yet to receive a response.This raises concerns regarding food safety and unfair trade practices, prompting me to consider reporting it to the Middlesex London Health Unit.I advise against dining at this resturant.

Lacks the customer service. Food they served tasted a little bit stale. Chicken was not really mixed with gravy. I will give 3 star to biriyani tho don’t know how old it was but it tasted good. Would suggest take outs as the server doesnt like to be spoken to much.

I gave one star because the interface won’t let me give 0. The food was unacceptably bad (very bland and flavourless). The customer service was missing as a whole (they didn’t have time to wait and take the order, had to borrow water from the table near by because the server went missing). The toilet set the entire mood (handle wasn’t on properly, no toilet paper, unhygienic). Not recommended.

I am an outsider to the Indian cuisine but I absolutely love their food and their portions. I always order biryani from them (its very spicy to those that are not used to hot food, but addictively spicy nonetheless. The prices for their portions are really fair. The restaurant looks clean too, but I mostly order delivery and it always arrives fresh and warm. Staff are friendly.

The taste of Biryani is Good. We ordered for pick through DoorDash. Ordered Family Pack Biryani, only draw back is they serve same size of Yogurt and Salan for Family pack which they serve for Solo pack or Full Biryani. However Price of Family pack is more than double than original size biryani. I hope they improve it. Family Pack biryani needs Size adjusted to Family pack and not small sauce containers. Service is fast.

I ordered takeout food from Charminar today. It was so perfect in every way and delicious and very freshly cooked. All the curries I ordered have their own unique taste and fragrance. I called and I asked for the chef His name is Ashish. He is so talented and I personally thanked him for making our dinner so special.. Highly Recommend the food and the restaurant.

We visited the restaurant last month, yes it is a late review, and I want to share my thoughts for the food lovers. We are food lovers ourselves who love to try different cuisines, and popular restaurants in different cities while we travel. We first stopped by a restaurant but looked up the rating for Charminar and it was excellent, and we decided to choose them.First impression, Hospitality matters, as myself and my friends who were with me have worked in food industry and we treat every people in the same way. The word "hospitality" should never lose it's meaning. But, the person was not very welcoming to us but they were smiling, and were so good to the other customer who were sitting next to us ( You can assume). We are still customers no matter where we are from. I understand sometimes people have bad days, but on bad days we do not become selective. :)And, we were hoping the best for the food. We ordered, chicken 65 biriyani, in which the chicken didn't even look like chicken 65, it was sour, and looked like butter chicken biriyani. People who have tried chicken 65 biriyani before, will understand it clearly. And, I gave 3 stars for the food, because the tandoori chicken ordered was not bad, but still not the best one out there. All the food literally tasted same.To add to it, we asked for hot water and got lukewarm water ( I am not sure we can call it Luke warm as well, we can say it was just not cold.?) which was in the oven for 1 minute. Water without boiling is bad for your stomach. The washroom was not hygienic, and it literally made me puke while using it.Not complaining nor expecting anything for us, but humble, and honest feedback for improving and giving your best food,and service to your customers.Thank you.
