The staff is super slow, I was ordered only 2cup of milk tea, and that day the only customer was me, but that guy still take about half an hour to do that, I can’t understand. If you lack of labor, then go hire more employees! Wasting my time, hate this chatime and never go back again.

I saw a staff member drop an item on the floor and then serve it a customer and now I’m concerned for hygiene and sanitation and don’t feel comfortable coming back here unfortunately
