More than half of time, Water down roasted milk tea taste. Disappointed. Not consistent service at all. Masonville shop has better workers. Everytime i go there, different tastes. Receipt has different item names from what i ordered. The workers say they made the tea i odered though but different items names on the receipt. Very sketchy, hard to believe the workers.
In addition, The tray is horrible. Tray cannot hold drink at all. Be careful. I saw a guy dropped the drink on the floor. They must change the tray.

I always order the same menu(the roasted milk tea with tapioca and coconut jelly) but the workers make my order wrong quite often. Last time I ordered 3 large of them but they added glass jelly by mistake instead of coconut jelly. I don’t like the texture of glass jelly. Today, I ordered 5 large of them again but the taste of the base tea(roasted milk tea) was different from before. I think they made a mistake again this time as well. I don’t understand why the workers in this store don’t pay attention to make the orders correctly.

Drinks tasted really bad, asked for an exchange for another drink and they wouldn’t budge. Horrible way to do business, paid for 3 drinks the mango was good but the other 2 disgusting. Not worth it for 22.04$

I ordered an iron goddess milk tea, for some reason this location didn’t make it taste how it’s suppose to taste. Super watery and just tasted as if I was drinking watered down milk. Very upset as it had no flavour.

The staff is super slow, I was ordered only 2cup of milk tea, and that day the only customer was me, but that guy still take about half an hour to do that, I can’t understand. If you lack of labor, then go hire more employees! Wasting my time, hate this chatime and never go back again.
