Cha Time is my all time favourite bubble tea spot. Their tapioca is always on point. Jigar was an awesome barista - he was super friendly, patient and made our drinks well. We will be back soon!

Wonderful Experience at Chatime Oxford location today. Customer service was excellent and Matcha Strawberry Latte at was wonderfully crafted. 10/10, you should definitely try it out.

This Chatime location is honestly the worst in London. They’re always understaffed, with only two slow workers even when the place is packed. I waited almost 25 minutes for two average drinks. The service is consistently slow I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

More than half of time, Water down roasted milk tea taste. Disappointed. Not consistent service at all. Masonville shop has better workers. Everytime i go there, different tastes. Receipt has different item names from what i ordered. The workers say they made the tea i odered though but different items names on the receipt. Very sketchy, hard to believe the workers.
In addition, The tray is horrible. Tray cannot hold drink at all. Be careful. I saw a guy dropped the drink on the floor. They must change the tray.

I always order the same menu(the roasted milk tea with tapioca and coconut jelly) but the workers make my order wrong quite often. Last time I ordered 3 large of them but they added glass jelly by mistake instead of coconut jelly. I don’t like the texture of glass jelly. Today, I ordered 5 large of them again but the taste of the base tea(roasted milk tea) was different from before. I think they made a mistake again this time as well. I don’t understand why the workers in this store don’t pay attention to make the orders correctly.
