Terrible experience all around, there are so many other great venues in London, I advise any of you to choose anywhere else.

Not tasty. Service was meh. Waited so long and the server was visibly upset at having to help us.

I came in with my friend cause I heard che was a great restaurant in London. It was my last day in town and we came in wanting to make the best of our night. Unfortunately we receive the worse service I’ve ever gotten in my life.
First the server made a mistake with my drink order and when I kindly corrected her she was very moody and upset. At that point we decided we didn’t wanna stay to her mains but we will at least have a small snack, we order the poutine and omg that was the worse thing I’ve ever had. The fries were ice cold and we immediately told our server, she aggressively grab our plate didn’t say anything and just came back and threw the bill at our table. I don’t know why she was so mean and I don’t know if she was having a bad day but even when we asked to speak with a manager, they wouldn’t let us.
I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

The food was delicious and the service excellent. This would have been a five-star if not for the lack of vegetarian options on the menu.

We asked for the Lomo saltado and came with NO rice! ?
The churros were undercooked.
Your Pisco sour was just Awful, didn’t have any taste, I had to add lemon juice and sugar to make it drinkable

I have brought a number of out of town guests to experience what I think is one of the best restaurants anywhere. The cocktail and apertizer are unbelievable. Everything taste so authentic and fresh.
The staff is great and welcoming. I really would recommend a visit.

Paella was amazing! I feel bad because location (downtown dundas) is going downhill fast….wish the city/province would do SOMETHING. But don’t let the zombies stop you from checking out this gem!

I took my husband tonight for his birthday, and we had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a special celebration. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the evening.
We started with the ceviche, which was fresh and bursting with flavor. The lomo saltado was perfectly cooked, with tender beef and a rich, savory sauce. The paella was a standout dish, with a wonderful mix of seafood and spices that made each bite delicious. To finish, we had the churros, which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, served with a delightful dipping sauce.
A special mention goes to the owner, who was amazing. They went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable experience, making us feel like valued guests. Overall, it was a perfect night with excellent food, service, and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back
